The service at the drive thru at 4:10 am on 3/09/24 was trash I asked for a fresh double cheese it was cold and when I turned around and brought it back the bottom of the bun was soaked and smelled like some sort of solution I didn't even eat it it was a waste of 2.66. FYI nobody asked you to fill out this application; customers are patronizing a business and expect to be treated as such.

I’ve ordered here 3 times total. First time order was correct and food was what I expected. The second and third were the same night cause the first one was messed up. The second one was also messed up and after calling the store to request a refund whoever picked up the phone had a terrible attitude and was completely unhelpful. Would not give a refund for the order or get a new correct order delivered to me.

I always enjoyed a good White Castle burger growing up and the service that was provided, this past Saturday while making a stop at this location I was expecting the same quality of food as well as customer service I’ve received in the past from other locations.The food was warm, and the fries seemed to be cooked with old oil. I asked for my order to be a large fry and large drink but received a small drink and a small order of fries. All the lady who seemed to be the manager that day could say was “ I didn’t hear that”. and walked back to the drive-through window.Being that I was on a time schedule I didn’t press the issue and ask for my order to be corrected. A simple solution is always to repeat the customer's order then submit the cooking staff.
