I feel like it's expected at this point that the order is gonna always been wrong no matter what White Castle you go to. Other than that, even when it's wrong it's still good.
This place should be shut down, overhauled and in need of a professional deep clean. I hope the Department of Public Health goes on there. The dining area was filty, the soda machine tables and counter had dried spilled contents that no one no one bothered to notice meaning the staff. Not to mention my order was incorrect.

Normally this place is fine but I ordered 3 impossible sliders and some cheese sticks. Told me to pull into the crave zone. Waited 20 minutes- food prep staff forgot about my order. Requested a refund and the customer care thereafter was just abysmal. No inquiry into my concerns no attempt to make amends. It’s unfortunate. I won’t be returning to this location.
