Buttafly Prairie

The breakfast here is always good. They cook your breakfast to order and it is always piping hot. The service, however, is the opposite. If you plan on eating breakfast here, plan to wait anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes for your food. If you order in the driveway, they always have you park in a parking spot to wait because of the amount of time it takes to bring your food to you. The young people who work here need training on customer service. Give customers a choice as to whether they want to wait or not!

Went in on yesterday morning around 5:45 am,only because none of the Burger Kings were open. I was charged $32 for a incorrect order. My order was $7 and some change. The $32 was voided . But the young lady at the window told me my order would be for free since they messed up. Okay cool. I get to the 2nd window the same young woman asked to see my card again so she can pretend she was getting a payment and told me my order would still be free. When I got the bag only my cheesey tots were there. I ordered 3 sliders with cheese no pickles and cheesey tots. I get the bag I let a different young lady that was at the window know she told me they only told her cheesy tots. I gave her back the bag . I called in to the restaurant and spoke to the manager( I think), I explained what happened and ask what was going on cause it just didn't seem right. She assured me I would get my refund for the $32 it would just take awhile okay fine . I got the refund maybe 10 minutes later. I just looked on my card and the $7.17 charge was there all of a sudden which is fine but unfortunately when I got my burgers they had EXTRA PICKLES when I said no pickles. Poor customer service and unprofessional. I will never go there again . Will just go to 79th.
