Manager and Staff gets MADD at Customer because he ordered coffee ☕️ and they Don’t have sugar for his coffee and got Madd again because me as a Customer sided with him, what’s up with the Fries 🍟??? Pepper???!!?

Welp, the food was great but when I got to the gas station I realized the dude working drive-thru today did not give me my card back and the phone number on the website doesn't work or is disabled when I call. Didn't get my drink either and wish I had remembered while I was there so I know it's not entirely the employees fault. I do know mistakes happen but I'm not from that area and had to disable my card til my new one comes in the mail if I can't get anyone to contact me by tomorrow. I would appreciate someone reaching out please and thank you.
Update: called corporate and got their correct phone number since the one on Google is no longer in service. The lady who answered was a complete jerk about it acting like I was accusing her of stealing it. Like I'm just looking for my card lady. Don't work customer service if you can't handle it. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, but I didn't have an attitude or anything and was nice about it. When I asked for her to look and see if it's there just to make sure she says to check my car better and then she hung up on me. What was that even for? So rude, I've never encountered an employee that rude before for absolutely no reason. I'll never go to this location again next time I'm out that way.

I ordered through Uber eats one of the people working goes by (The name yates the Uber driver told me)there had told the driver to tell me or should I say threaten me to not order food there again. I can’t get a hold of their phone number so this will be an alternative.
Made a reservation for Valentines Day. Apparently the event was cancelled but I was not notified until I arrived.
I've normally gone thru the drive thru when visiting this location, but due to the fact that I had to use the restroom, I ventured inside. I'm well aware of businesses that are located in lower income areas having policies that keep transient individuals from using the restrooms without making a purchase which in my opinion is a good idea. After making our purchase at the counter, I asked the person at the register for the code to use to get in the restroom. I hear someone from behind this young woman, loudly stating what the code to the women's restroom is. I proceed to go use the bathroom and come back out to the lobby of the restaurant. Bathrooms are clean, but there's nothing to dry my hands in the bathroom. I ask the young lady at the counter for napkins in order to dry my hands, Now I came during a rush hour situation happening at this location, young lady at the counter is frustrated and anxious because of all the questions from patrons being thrown at her, mind you, with no assistance from other co-workers standing in the back meandering. Yes, doing really nothing at the time, but watch their co-worker panic from being thrown into a situation that she's unable to navigate by herself. Manager you team members skillset, this young lady should have been nowhere near the front of the restaurant taking orders, since she's uncomfortable with the situations going on at rush hour. Never take people's rudeness personally when dealing with "difficult" customers. It's not a reflection of your ability to handling the situation, it's a reflection of your character to be able to admit when you've made a mistake, apologize, and move on from the situation in peace. Team members that do not do well under pressure during "hot" hours of operations, should be keep in the back of the store making food, instead of messing up customers experiences in the front of the store. They're literally the face of your company at the moment. Food was hot and delicious; customer service was zero stars. Wait, wait, wait, and before I could even finish my meal, there's a homeless gentleman glaring in my direction making it too uncomfortable for me to finish my meal in the restaurant. You see, sometimes it's not about having codes on bathroom doors; it's about making sure that actual customers aren't pushed into leaving the lobby when no one is monitoring who in the lobby not making a purchase.

This current experience left me with 3 out of my 4 burgers. You can see in the photo, only 4 boxes total. 3 burgers and 1 side. When you order a number 1, you get 5 boxes. They got me again...
The three burgers that I did receive were cold and tasted like they were sitting out. The drive-thru for this location is always long, and the customer service is terrible. After I received my food, I waited at the window because I did not receive my tartar sauce. I did not realize that they did not give me tartar sauce and one of my burgers until I was out of my vehicle and long gone.
I do not recommend this location unless you are willing to risk your hard-earned money on half-cooked food from people who don't want to serve you. I have been to this location several times in the past month, and every one of them was a poor and unsatisfactory experience.
Whether it's Drive-thru, takeout, or delivery, you can expect low-quality food. I've concluded this location's employees don't want to work. Or they are not properly trained.

Purchased a smoothie for my daughter and a plastic container ring was found inside of the cup this is so gross she could have choked so careless.

I spent over 50 and was missing 60% of my order then the boy / girl had and attitude because half my order missing if they cant keep up with the grove and mess up orders get rid of them because customers service is every thing very disappointed they need a manager that will stand on business not being they friend very poor management
I have been coming to this White castles on and off for 30 something years and the last time I came I pledged to never eat White castles again because it tasted horrible. Then I was out in LaGrange last night, and for some reason I decided to try it again it was eye-closing delicious and it just made me mad when I thought about the quality I received at 79th and South Chicago. Whst a travesty!
Everytime I go to this white castle they NEVER have food ready. I always have to wait a unreasonable amount of time to get my order. Early morning or evening. They need to fix that.
This place is decent overall, only major gripe is that the lobby is closed seemingly at random and the staff is too lazy to put up signs.

1. Slower service2. Orders have been correct when placing and receiving.3. This place the lasts two times (2021) I have been HERE needs a scrub down and bad. Everything about this location spells and is all things STICKY from the floors 2 the tables, this is why I glad that all times I have ordered, I ended up going home to eat my food.Two stars ⭐️⭐️for correctness in orders but minus three for slower service and keeping a food joint looking sticky, greasy, and nasty every time I have gone here!!
