Food was pretty good; sometimes they're fast, and sometimes they take a very long time. It's very inconsistent. Overall, it's your normal White Castle, and it's pretty good, but it's difficult to know if you have a good team working on it or not.

White castle is awesome!! I got a suitcase full of burgers! Food is pretty much tastes the same wherever you go. Like mcdonalds. As far as atmosphere here goes? It's like Burlin after the war. Grey and dull. Nothing modern. It's like eating at a restaurant in the movie streets of fire. In the battery. If you know what I'm talking about. It has an errie feeling like your gonna meet the terrifier in the bathroom and get murdered. Other than that foods great.

Cute decorations that transformed the interior of the restaurant. Hostess was very nice. Our server/waiter was a bit on the slower side and forgot a lot of things we asked for so I had to repeat several times. Someone requested items never came. Also he didn't check in on us the entire meal and it was impossible to flag him down unless I got out of my seat. Food was great and pretty standard otherwise. They had valentines edition slider boxes which was pretty cute!

Don't go here, or use cash if you must. the staff stole my debit card info. On Monday 1/27/25 around 6pm. I went through the drive-thru and they held onto my card for just a little too long. The next day I'm getting alerts on my phone that someone's trying to use my card to shop online. And somehow that White Castle transaction never appeared on my statement.
The staff here is always friendly and cool and helpful! Even at late late hours they still are so nice. Give them all a raise !

Customer service training needed here. No thank you, no you're welcome and they forgot the sauces I ordered and paid for. When I went back and told them, no apology was given. Horrible!
