HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE: Ordertaker asks for order then holds a conversation in the background as you speak. Order is of course wrong. No Onions. So they took my bag and threw cold onions on my sandwiches. Shoved bag back thru window. No apology. No smiles whatsoever. Completely turned me off to White Castle. My appetite will not crave them for a good while, if ever.

Went through drive through yesterday Xmas eve and tried to talk over the guy and his co workers who didn’t care at all that someone was trying to take an order, couldn’t hear the guy talking over the woman laughing and talking carrying on very loud It was a bunch of voices only and felt like I was at a hijacked White Castle It was crazy NO catchup, NO mustard and barely any onions , wanted 6 cheese burgers with everything on them and I repeated that three times ! Received only the cheese burgers a yes a pickle was hard to tell if there was any ketchup?? - NOT GOOD !! The worst drive-through experience at White Castle in 40 years !

Passing on what burgers were as a kid growing up in the 80's. The same taste brings back memories. Thank you.
I'm normally a big fan of this franchise but this particular restaurant didn't do a job, burgers were somewhat undercooked and the tables were unkept. Also the prices went up. My medium fries were a dollar more than each of my bacon cheeseburgers. I spent 10 dollars on 2 Burgers 1 medium fries and 1 medium drink. It wasn't worth it.
Worst service at night. The staff doesn’t care how long you’ve been waiting for the order.

It's a place I have to have a taste for. Reminds me of when my dad used to take me there as a kid. They are a one of a kind tasty burger that I will always enjoy
I recognize that White Castle isn't "gourmet" food by any stretch of the imagination, BUT it does hold a particular niche. With relentless inflation, they have resorted to what all restaurants, fast food and otherwise have resorted to- shrinking portions and rising prices. I recently had my first 1921 burgers. I hadnt had any burger from White Castle in several years. The quality of the meat has changed, the volume has become like a sliver, and my stomach can't handle the grease well anymore. I had switched to the impossible slider, and liked it a lot. But it took so long for them to make it. I tried switching to the fish sliders. Tiny little fish portion for a not tiny price. You had to wait, and if they didn't change the oil as quickly as they should, it would taste rancid.
So on a whim, this 1921 burger. First, it looks nothing like the picture from their press release. Second, the lettuce was BLACK and rotten in places. Can we say "salmonella?" Yes, I should have taken it back. Yes, everyone from behind the counter trying very hard to deal with all the drive thru traffic would come out and stare at me with "that look." I was already "hangry" so I ripped off everything but the tiny sliver of meat and ate it. I hope this location can get its act together. There are times you get "that craving." But not if this is the reality.
