The burgers are great, everything else that is fried is not.
The oil leaves a strong bitter taste on everything from the fries to the chicken sandwich. I don't know if it is just a low quality oil or just used too many times but anything that is fried is awful. I hope they can fix it because it was not always like this.

I came in today and ordered 10 cheeseburger. Sack, a crave case. Regular original white castles asked if they can not put any pickles on any of my burgers at all. I came home with my order. And every single one of my burgers had a pickle on it. What is wrong with these people? They cannot follow directions, simple directions. Avoid this white castles here on north Avenue and central.

For the brother and sister who did food delivery,BEWARE they make you verify the customer food order. They will give you incomplete order. So basically they give you half of the food and other half the worker kept it and eat themselves. Before you guys go leave Check the order make sure it complete. Because my customer miss half of his food the workers have bad practices should get fire. This happen October 3 2025 around 2 am. She kept the food for herself. If your customer ordering this location, make sure you check all your orders Because they will kept half of your food that you already pay they will eat your food that you pay. That a criminal what they did for stealing people foods, this location all their workers need to get check. Just BEWARE!!!

I came here to purchase a meal because I needed change for a $20 bill. My meal was nine dollars and some coins. When I got to the drive-through window, the young lady there gave me my change and as she was opening the window to hand it to me I tried to stop her to let her know that I did not want a $10 bill, but I wanted something smaller. Before I can say anything, she told me hold on and closed the window. So naturally, I wasn’t able to tell her what I needed. Once she came back, I tell her, and she then proceeds to tell me that she already rung me up and closed the register so she couldn’t help me. I let her know I tried to tell her sooner. I asked to see her manager. He told me that he cannot give me any change because he was only allowed to give me what was required and that he needed to save his change for other customers that may have needed smaller bills. I told him that I only needed two fives or he could give me some singles. I was not asking for a lot. I am now frustrated because he then proceeds to say “well that’s all I can do and if that’s how you feel then that’s what it is” and close the window. I was not mean nor was I loud, or disrespectful. I did not need to be treated that way over change for a ten dollar bill. Horrible service and rude staff.

I've been waiting in line outside for 40 minutes and I'm literally still waiting. This is not fast food. This is the stupidest waiting I've ever had at a supposed fast food place. There's no reason tiny little burgers should take so long. Give me the frozen patties and I'll make them at home myself. Unbelievable.

Under the weather & craving breakfast, I ordered White Castle’s breakfast via GrubHub delivery because their breakfast sandwiches are fresh, very good / beyond fast food level & served all day. This White Castle’s delivery prep is stellar … above and beyond the norm: the food’s paper bag was literally sealed shut within a plastic bag, sandwiches were wrapped in paper within the boxes that held them & the food & coffee were still hot.
