Drive thur service was excellent, Kaluka ( bad spelling sorry about that ) our cashier was polite and professional, very good customer service, my friend ordered breakfast, fresh and hot , my fries and sliders were hot and freshly made , cokes where ice cold thanks again

Odd place, but i got to visit White Castle when I am in a city with one. Burgers were tasty and seemed fairly fresh. I was not allowed condiments on my burgers as they were cleaning up so packets for everything were offered, it was just odd they wont put ketchup or mustard on a burger. Counter staff repeatedly had to explain I had to talk louder because of her earbuds and music while I ordered, this was after finally being acknowledged as a customer which also took some time despite 3 folks right in front of me.

The night time drive thru crew have good customer service food is dropped fresh so takes a little time sometimes , but for fresh cooked food not a problem at all , overall good experience keep it up !

This place really sucks you walk in and the employees act like they dont even see you what kind of hospitality is that? The whole crew needs training they all suck the cooks just stay talking instead of pushing orders out smh what a waste of time

The burgers are great, everything else that is fried is not. The oil leaves a strong bitter taste on everything from the fries to the chicken sandwich. I don't know if it is just a low quality oil or just used too many times but anything that is fried is awful. I hope they can fix it because it was not always like this.

I came in today and ordered 10 cheeseburger. Sack, a crave case. Regular original white castles asked if they can not put any pickles on any of my burgers at all. I came home with my order. And every single one of my burgers had a pickle on it. What is wrong with these people? They cannot follow directions, simple directions. Avoid this white castles here on north Avenue and central.
