Good sushi for an airport, somewhat expensive will need two serves of rolls to fill a man. Online ordering was efficient.

this is literally the worst service attitude I’ve never had in Chicago. The lady in the front desk named Karen kept ignoring me for literally 15mins. Ignored the eye contacts, my hellos, just everything. Leaving in the middle when I am trying to place an order, and never came back. Turns out hearing the other customers and the other colleagues doing nothing.

Is it that hard to get a service here? Or is this a discrimination? That’s just so unbelievablely rude and unprofessional. I am fairly disappointed by the attitude and service quality.

You made your customers’ days worse, Karen. Go get another job if you don’t like what you’re doing please.

Customer service was horrible, they got my order wrong and instead of serving my group individually, they grouped orders on one plate. Would not recommend this overpriced food and mediocre service to anyone.

A Partridge

The food in in-edible. A 17 dollar cold in the middle turkey wrap, covered in pickled onions. Absolutely disgusting. Also the prep person managed to put their thumb through the wrap. Avoid. The servers are great, and feel bad because they have no control over the food.

I threw up completely after eating,edamame is not hot at all,no sure if the soup is cook well done either!the spoon is dirty!very upset! For one people spent around $60 !and go to my next flight with an empty stomach!

The team was fabulous! I loved the quality of the spicy salmon roll, spicy tuna roll, and half dozen oysters. The taste was fantastic and this was truly a wonderful place to pause and take a quick break before traveling to my gate. The team was prompt and brought over a menu and took my order quickly. Additionally, they went above and beyond and when I asked if they could charge my phone, they plugged my phone right into an outlet nearby. So grateful, this place is absolutely fantastic and I recommend it highly for its sushi. Lunch had seating at the bar and a nice choice of drinks.

The spicy tuna roll was very good and fresh. The place was slightly dirty with some spilled soy sauce by the bar and a bunch of napkins to soak up the mess. Service was ok for this being at an airport terminal
