Thanks for the 1 single packet of sweet and sour when I asked for a bunch. Charge me idc, just give me what I asked for
Used to be good not any more
Been coming for years and they've changed their food. I ordered chow fun and its so salty now and drenched in soy sauce. It never used to be like that. Also the lady on the phone doesnt listen I said over and over again what I wanted because she didnt know the menu herself. I still got the order wrong

Ordered over the phone . Had to sit and wait over an hour for my food to be done . Nothing was correct. Asked for chicken fried rice and they still gave me shrimp . I really used to love this place but I can't keep dealing with the crap food and service anymore. Time to find a new place !

Great flavor but I ordered a shrimp fried rice and I was able to count 5 shrimps….
The food changed, I dont know if they changed ingredients or the oil they use but it tastes very unhealthy , oily aftertaste, portions have also gone down. I ve been coming for years but last time I bought it it made me lose my appetite after 1 plate .

The food is great don't get me wrong but at the same time sometimes delivery guy messes up the order an sometimes forgets but other than that I recommend this place it's a cheap place to eat not expensive

I think that the cooks have changed..the food is different, even the chicken wings are different. The food is more bland. Not sure what happened. It was my go to place.
Really great Chinese takeout. Hard to find good Americanized Chinese takeout that’s not super upscale in the Chicago area, but this place hits it right on the head. Huge portions, good food (really good fried rice), and cheap (especially considering the portion sizes).

This was my first time ordering from here after my last spot fell off and wow was the food AMAZING. It has been a while since I had some real good Chinese food. They were quick with the delivery, very nice on the phone and delivery driver was super patient. (I couldn’t find my shoes) lol I never write reviews but I had to with this one!

Great Service and food is delicious! They go above and beyond. I ordered through a delivery app. and some of my order was missing, but the young man who answered the phone said he would deliver the rest of my order and he sure did! Very happy with their service and food. We've been ordering from Wing Wah Lau for over 10 years.

I thought the dumplings would be steamed. They were fried very chewy not good chicken broccoli was OK broccoli was undercooked. I like crunchy vegetables when they’re cooked correctly. A small shrimp broccoli literally had only seven pieces of shrimp
