This place by far has some of the best burgers I've had in my life no exaggeration. However my latest visit was very off putting I ordered a burger and that's all because I was in a rush. Yet somehow I ended up waiting nearly 30 mins for my food. Idk what happened but some how my tickets was never made I literally watched everyone that walked I. After me get their food. I didn't want to rush them because I know the bustle of food service. But when I asked about my order it hadn't even been started yet..... the food is great I just don't recommend going if you're in a rush

I read the reviews and didn't want to try this place, but I'm glad I was too hungry to walk anywhere else and tried it out! I got the flaming hot burger meal. It was made fresh and delicious, so were the fries! As you can tell by the picture I was hungry before i realized I did don't take a picture. Anyway the food was awesome and so was the customer service. It is a bit pricey for the meal but well worth it. I would definitely recommend

Hello I am frustrated because items from our receipt were missing. Upon calling we received a super nasty tone from a employee who was screaming into the phone at us and who hung up on us. Never going back to wingers. Next time I'm going to Nandos. Sorry not sorry.

I really like the food here, but PLEASE use real bacon on your burgers. Today I paid extra for bacon on my burger, and they were fake bacon strips, totally dry, fake bacon/smoke flavor, and tasted horrible. I pulled them all off my burger. The absolute garbage you use as right now is a notch above Beggin Strips for humans -- but at least dogs get it for free

I ordered delivery and they got here within 30 minutes. My order had just one thing wrong so I gave them a call and they sent out my right order in less than 20 minutes. They even called me to make sure I received the right item and threw in extra wings. They really didn't have to do this but they care about their customers. I eat at wingers pretty often because their wings gyro burger and fries are delicious. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the Hyde park area!!!

I just visited wingers in Hyde park and I'm eating my gyro and found a medal piece of wire in my food, I almost swallowed It..I'm very disgusted with this place. All they could say was bring it back and we'll make u another sandwich.This is not acceptable at all!!they'll be hearing from me real soon!!
Never ordering from Wingers again because the customer service is terrible and the staff is completely incompetent. My husband and I placed an order for delivery, got the confirmation that the order was accepted and we got an ETA on delivery. Half an hour later, and forgot to mention that we order from Wingers at our current address often, they called to tell us that they are canceling the order because we live too far. We bring up the fact that we just ordered from there and how is this possible and a snippy little cashier tells us that she doesn't have a car, can't leave the restaurant to bring us our food, and that the line in the restaurant was too long for her to call us immediately to let us know the delivery boundaries. We ask for our food because all of the above is lazy and an unacceptable answer and she just gives us the run around. It's hard to support businesses within our neighborhood when they act as negligent as this, without any desire to rectify the situation or offer an apology for the miscommunication and the time wasted. Lost our business certainly for good. lol

Seemed like a typical greasy spoon place but we were really hungry after getting off work and decided to check it out. Nice clean place with booths or tables. We ordered the barbecue burger, classic cheeseburger, fries, and 6 buffalo wings. The barbecue burger comes with turkey bacon which is okay I guess. Overall both burgers were excellent, prepared well and tasty. I prefer burgers medium rare and even though this was well done it was still flavorful and not dry. The wings were good, though a little pricey in my opinion. And get the fries, they're good and crunchy. Overall, I would come back here for the BBQ burger. And forgot to mention, customer service was great!

This is as true of a review you will ever see, should I say read. Am currently sitting on my toilet as I write. It is easily the ninth time using the restroom since I was abruptly awakened by the meal I had earlier. The past 5 hours have been a blur of me returning back and forth to the porcelin thinking spot in the bathroom. Sometimes I'm there almost an hour at a time uncomfortably passing what I ordered at Wingers. My wife and I have total diarrhea that has kept us up all night. We both had Gyros and Fries. I don't think it was the bottled sodas we ordered. The food did taste like it was cooked in old greese. I hate to give a bad rating, in is part of nyb c,

Thoroughly mediocre food and service. They have all the food you would expect in such a joint, and none of it is bad per se, just joyless and underflavored. Both their supposedly least and most spicy wings are moderately spicy, at such similar levels I was unsure which was which. The wings and flavors are of especially low quality given their price. If you are on the block and want burgers or wings, stop by, but otherwise skip it.
