i’ve tried this location about five times and i cant remember when the food was actually good. i know its my own fault that i keep trying this location and spending my own money there but this last time I ordered I received a BONE in my boneless wings which made me not want to finish the rest of my food. countless times I’ve received my bag it’s always full of grease, they dont care for the quality of the product.

Rakesh was very nice. Smiled and joked around with us. Even hooked us up with another free basket of fries plus the free fries from the survey. The basket was loaded to the brim. We ate it all before taking a picture

If you order through uber eats I recommended you pick up the order. It’s been a few times that the cashier doesn’t ensure the uber driver confirms the order once picked up, making it accessible for the driver to keep the order if he chooses too, and they do. Now you get stuck with no food, the restaurant will tell you to contact uber eats, and uber eats says they can’t do anything because the restaurant claims the order was picked up. I went to the restaurant because they were about to close and the drivers kept “canceling the order” and they’re no help, at all, whatsoever. Not once, but twice….exact same thing

I placed an order online, I asked respectfully my name and order. And told to wait. I was sitting down in the table, and the manger or a woman in charge (African- women overweight), starred to be passive aggressive. She’s kept making comments about “man I can’t wait to leave work”, and then proceed to shout out “he’s pissed yall” she’s shouted this three times. Unprofessional manger, and starts to pick on a person for placing an order online. And then they have the music loud, that’s they can’t even hear the name of the order. Then the workers get upset for not hearing the order.
