Ordered online on Christmas Eve at 7:23 only to get there at 7:40 and my order was not made. I was told they didn’t know why it let me place an online order when the store was closing at 8. I didn’t want to press the issue so, but I did ask for a refund since my card was charged. I was issued a “refund” that hasn’t gotten reversed as of yet. I should have followed my first mind and ordered from another location. I will never go to this location again!

Had a small order. 25 wings, fries and corn. 15 wings completely soggy, fried undercooked and soggy, corn completely missing from my order. Then a manager was super rude about my order being incorrect. I didn’t have time for them to remake my order. I wanted a refund. Completely rude. Wanted to just refund the corn even tho the whole order was messed up. Haven’t ate there in a long time and now I know why. Have 15 people working there, on phones, groups just talking. I thought this was a restaurant not a teenager employee hang out.

Disappointed!!! order for delivery received different order. Fries not cooked well received wrong flavor. Everything cold. Had to go back and return. After waiting on phone for 20 min Very frustrating.

This wingstop night shift employee's are filled with attitude and disrespect. I wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in your food. You ask simple questions and they respond with sass and no class. Take your money elsewhere

This place is the worst. They have the worst attitudes and really bad customer service. The guy that took my order was so rude and just looked like he hated his whole job and didn't care. My tenders were so dry ,barely had the garlic Parmesan , and the fries were nasty . Wouldn't recommend because of their nasty attitudes.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this location and now I remember why. I ordered 6 boneless Cajan wings and received bone in. I ordered lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan but there is no flavor. . I ordered season fries got them regular and soggy as hell. Just horrible. Chicken was hard a chewy like it wasn’t cooked. It was disgusting. Wasted my time, gas and 45 bucks. Never again.

I ordered last night on grubhub the 10 wing combo I usually order from pulaski didn't check the location and ended up getting from the north ave location... the first thing I noticed was the fries looked like they were only blanched and not actually cooked ... they also only used salt and pepper on the fries instead of the actual fry seasoning you get from other locations .... now this is we're it really gets bad ... I was eating the chicken the chicken itself looked off at first I thought It was undercooked because it was very chewy but the meat was white so I think they might have just gave me some old left over chicken.. as I was eating half way threw my meal at the very bottom was a wing THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN HALF EATEN ... when I saw that I spit my food out and threw it away ... I honestly don't know how to feel about this I am absolutely disgusted by that and corporate management should probably check on the quality and condition of ppl working in this store
My ranch looked old and had stuff in it also I ordered extra seasoned fries and they weren’t seasoned at all, ordered a sprite too and got a water instead.

This Wingstop location use to be the most convenient for me. Their food quality has recently declined! Within these past two month ive gone twice and for one of the fries had no seasoning, not a bit. The second time i ordered the wings and fries were very salty. I don’t mind a little extra seasoning but this was way TOO much to even enjoy. I will Not be coming here any more since the food quality has just declined and keeps disappointing me.
