Be aware if you call in an order, they will not prepare it until you arrive. I was told 1 hour, then when I arrived, i had to wait another 50 minutes. It’s about paying ahead, they should inform you, that the food will not be prepared unless you pay ahead. And when I asked the staff about why it wasn’t ready, they were so nonchalant, really had no answer??? Totally ridiculous!! I’m beyond pissed. It’s called fast food and called a call in for a reason..

One of the more sketchy locations to pick stuff up. Always... Interesting folk in or near this place. The staff are lovely and they do their jobs amazingly. It's the SPOT that gets a 3 nothing else.

This location is the worst. I alway buy wingstop and i will specifically request that they make sure to cover all the wings with the sauce. Some of the wings don’t even have sauce on them. The order is always missing something. Save your money and energy and choose another wingstop.

I love wingstop. This place is a hit or miss. You either get good food or you don't. I suggest offering for pick up which again, hit or miss. There's always a bunch of teenagers in there after school, sleeping, it's just being annoying teens. It is what it is here.

I placed a delivery order to be delivered at 7pm. I placed it earlier in the day at 4:39pm, and I'm pretty sure that's when it was prepared. So it sat there for over 2 hours because the food arrived cold.

First off I order the wing well done that didn't happen, I called 1 minute after ordering from grubhub to just ask for the sauce on the side. The young lady (while laughing) tells me that my order was already made.I get the wings with a cooking oil filled bag, soggy wings and cold!!!I have video and pictures if needed.

This was by far one of the worse experiences that I have had at a wingstop. The food was terrible and cold and the customer service is absolutely horrible. This use to be one of my favorite locations before the change in staff. I will not be patronizing this location again.
