I asked for my wings to be Fried Hard and Saucy! Like ALWAYS! 50% of the time they give you what you ask for .. This Dry sauced chicken is crazy ! My fries didn’t even have the seasoning on them ! Horrible! I’m very disappointed!

I had a great experience at this Wingstop. Even though it was just 30 minutes before closing time, Litzy was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and helped me pick out my order. Her friendly attitude made the experience even better, and she didn't rush me at all, which I really appreciated. The wings at this location were cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Will definitely be coming back!

We bought a 30 traditional wings plus other combos and noticed they gave us leftovers. We placed a large order for them to just give us reheated stale shrunken wings. The bag also had written in sharpie “leftovers”.
They like to hung up the phone on customers and give them incorrect information in order for them to not cancel orders. I prompted to cancel or change my order regardless if there was a price difference and they stated they could not do anything about it and forced me to keep my order. When I checked online, it clearly states to call the restaurant to change or cancel the order which they refused to do. ??????

I ordered for pickup. The service was fine fortunately unlike what other reviewers have experienced, BUT the boneless chicken I received were smaller than Burger King’s chicken strips. It was also just smothered with sauce they weren’t even crispy anymore, just soupy mini chicken strips. 😭

So, um, where is my ranch? What's the point in asking ans charging for a ranch when u clearly didn't add a ranch? Employees were def in a hurry I understand. Been waiting for about 7 min just for a sandwich -1/10 dude to the lack of ranch. FYI to anyone ordering double check b4 you're day gets ruined
