I have always ordered wings from this place almost every weekend And this is my 3rd time that received a mess up order . I called to get my wings that I did get in the order and they told me I didn’t pay . I show them my bank account with the amount paid and they still said I didn’t pay . They charge me 34.64 and the amount they have was 33 something so meaning they charge me extra . Never again order from this place again. Horrible customer service. The woman working there are so rude

Been here a few times. Today I ordered online what I normally get for myself. 10 piece bone in original hot combo, came with fries, a drink, and a side of ranch. Everything is always fresh and made to order. Tastes good. Wings and fries were crispy and hot. Good deal for $17. The workers were polite and friendly. The food came out within 10-15 minutes even when they were busy. The kitchen and dining area was clean.

I walked and ordered my food. I asked for my food to be well done. The cashier responded on the Internet it’s optional, but we do not do well done if you walk in. She was very rude cashiers Sandra expect poor service!!!!!

This Wingstop location is such a hit or a miss. There are days it’s the best wings I’ve had or the worst wings I’ve ever bought. Every time I place an order through call, I’ll get told my 10 piece wings will be ready in 20 minutes. However that’s not the case and in reality it’ll be ready in a hour. I strongly dislike how this is because I’m calling before hand and the food still isn’t ready? Come on and it’s usually never busy inside. I refuse to believe it takes 1 hour to make 10 classic piece lemon pepper wings. Whenever I DoorDash from this location, the wings are ready in 15-20 minutes. How is that possible? Either way, I’ve never had any problems with the workers or anything besides how it takes forever to make my order. I think it’s a nice location to dine and the cooks are friendly. I recommend this location.
Ordered online with the app and it was delivered with DoorDash. Only received fries after waiting over 10 min when it said he was outside. Finally got a bag and it was only fries. Called the restaurant and GM, some man, told me they gave him everything. He literally asked me, “so what, what do you want? Credit or you want to come pickup?” Had to go pickup myself, ok fine. No fresh fries. Only replaced wings. Not the best meal I’ve had from this location. Disappointing 😞

Second time here to give it another chance. Wings take forever. Extremely dry ! No sauce but on the bottom on the paper tray. And No garbage can to throw away your disappointment again. Super slow service but saw 5 people in back. Definitely not the place for wings even if your starving lol

The lady staff at afternoon is very rude and waiting time is too much, non at front desk to respond. Maintain good and friendly staff at least on Saturday and Sunday.
