Food was amazing .. the employees there did not fulfill their job. I waited 45 minutes for my order turns out they never called out my name, it was to the side .. poor customer service .. they kept talking about going outside to drink & talked about drugs & parties. very immature afternoon crew, at this point hire me instead I have 6 + years of restaurant experience, customer service & shift leader experience & I know how a place should be run.

it i could give 0. had mad a mistake of ordering to the wrong location. took 34 calls for someone to even answer the phone, when it seemed somone had answered i got hung up on so i called again. when asked if there was a manager or someone I can speak to i was told no and I was already on my way there since I was waiting 1hr to get any kind of answer, I asked if I could just get cash, and the girl on the phone said this location has no cash, so I will have to wait a week for a refund.

I've been coming to this Wingstop location (43rd & Pulaski) for a few years already. I've never had any issues. In the past, I used to order in person, but it would be so crowded and long wait time. Now, I only use the app and place my order in advance, that way it's so much better. It has gotten pricier but I love Wingstop. They have so many yummy flavor options for the wings! My food is always delicious and even their ranch sauce is the best ranch sauce I've ever had!!

Also, I have to say…the Cajun fries were perfect! Some places don’t know how to make them right either too soggy or too salty but this location nailed it. Crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of seasoning 😍

When I asked it seemed as if they forgot about my order entirely. I also had two orders of wings and they only put one ranch.
