I order on line. Order the same most of the time. 30 pack before I will get 3 trays because of the size of the wings. This time I got 1 tray with 30 mini wings wth is that. They shorted me corn, 3 sides of hot souse. And give me the wrong dip.

this store must be under new management.. they are always out of stuff. customers dont seem to be a priority anymore. but at least the employees are allways apologetic and respectful.
If you want to go here, be aware they stop taking cash anymore. They need to start fixing the systems cause they don’t take cash. If that’s the case then it’s not good business. The food is fine but I have cases where I don’t my card with me and that’s where the issue gets involve. If you want more customers then please fix your systems.

This place is a mess, no organization whatsoever!!! I understand they're busy, but that doesn't justify for poor service. We have had several issues with this location as far as always either getting the orders wrong or just plain out giving your food out to others and they refuse to even accommodate you nor make it right in any way for their mistakes. The girl in the front with piercings and dyed hair has no customer service etiquette as she is rude and dismissive to customers. We placed an order over the phone which she personally took, and when we got there for pick up 45mins later as they had advised us, they said they had no order under our name. They gave our food away to someone and she didn't even bother to make it right. We called back to ask again to make sure it was the right location, and watched her pick up the phone, quickly said please hold and put us on hold forever... At that point we just decided to never come back to this location.

Whoever was working the register and handing out the orders on Friday, April 26th at around 9pm deserves a raise!!! He was so calm even though they were incredibly busy and still had a good attitude when people began to get impatient. Food was very good, fries were fresh and well seasoned and the hot honey chicken was the best i’ve had from there.
