These teens are a bunch of idiots who work here! I called them to cancel my order after inadvertently placing one here when I planned to order from a another, far better location. The woman on the other end simply ignored me and kept me on hold indefinitely. This is the last time I'm spending my hard earned money here. Do yourself a favor and order from the Wingstop on Archer (6188 S Archer). Food and service is far superior.

I arrived at 11 they close at 12, a pink-haired girl didn't pay attention to me for more than 10 minutes and when she spoke to me I didn't take the order and told me that they were no longer attending as soon as I left the establishment I saw how they attended a couple who entered after me (at the wing stop of 4428 S Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60632) I just arrived at 11:20 at the wing stop of 5859 S Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL 60629 and a girl took care of me very well and very kindly in the Of the kedzie 10/10 in that of the pulaski -100/10

Order online ,went to pick up my order 30 min later, and still wasn't ready came back 20 min later still not ready , the ignorant woman upfront with pink hair and piercings all over her face was handing out orders and gave my order away to someone else, didn't apologize, instead had a poor attitude made me wait another 45 min for my order, only reason why I had to wait is because she claimed there was no manager to refund my money, Horrible place I don't recommend.
