There is not one competent person working here. My order was wrong. How hard is it to follow simple instructions no Cajun seasoning substitute for Parmesan. Go spend your money somewhere else. When calling to speak to a manager spoke to 2 different people and got nowhere, staff needs to be retrained.

This place is so horrible, went in with my kids to order and was told there was an hour long wait. After they left me waiting for 15 when I first walked in before anyone spoke to me. But when I went back to my car one of the workers came out yelling at me claiming I hit his car and caused damage with my car door. Another worker came out and started to yell profanities at me Infront of my young children and intimidating us. I have no damage on my car door whatsoever but there was a huge dent on their black car door. I told them to pull up the cameras and call the police and they went back inside and lock the doors. Not only do they offer horrible service they will also try to pull some sort of insurance scam on you when you walk out and not buy anything. Just stay away from there. It is not worth it , they should really hire a whole new team and change management.

The fries tasted and looked terrible! I can tell they need to change the fryer(s) grease/oil based on how the fries cooked. I wish I would have thought about taking a picture before throwing them away to show how bad the fries looked. Sandwich was okay, but didn’t get any pickles on it like it’s supposed to. Also, Whoever cashiered tonight knew not to put the actual recipe on the bag b/c I would have blasted their name on here for thinking that it was ok to hand out fries like that lol.
