So I went to this location about last month, and the wings looked a tad bit bigger, but was a chewy taste. So I go today, and the lady said she would get me the smaller wings. Cool, they were good but only one thing, I only have 8 wings out of what supposed to been 10 wings. 🤔 How do you forget my other 2 wings. Tried to call up there, on hold for more than 20 min, hung up. Unable to drive back up there at moment, so yeah. Sucks, cause I really needed my full order of wings.

It is assumed that if Google says that they close at 2 am , that should be the time of the sierre , it is not 12 that was the time I went , rather it seems that they did not want to attend us .

There WAS a special deal today, so MAYBE cut a little slack, but... We ordered online. My husband went up to the pickup window. The woman behind the counter did not acknowledge him. She looked DIRECTLY at him at least twice and still did not acknowledge him. She even took orders at the register from people who had walked up after he got there. My husband knocked on the side of the window to get attention. Someone else responded to him. Not the person who was supposed to. She finally calls his name, takes all of 5 seconds to hand him the bag. Yet he stood there waiting and waiting before she could be bothered. Then... we got the Hawaiian wing flavor. NO FLAVOR. It's like they were running out so they cut it with water to make it stretch. We've had these before at a different store and they had flavor. My husband got the Korean also. It too was watered down. The regular hot wings I got were acceptable. Will NOT be back to this location. Complete disappointment.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ensured not to get out of character with a cashier that had the audacity to ask me was I okay did I need a hug because SHE FELT like I had an attitude with her while giving her my food order. she was just trying to project because of her poor communication skills at work. She’s very socially awkward and rude for approaching me in that manner. I simply told her that I didn’t need a hug from someone I don’t know and because she doesn’t know me she doesn’t have a right to determine how I AM feeling, All the while not being self aware enough to check her own behavior before asking me invasive questions like that.
This used to be my favorite Wingstop ever. I don’t know what’s changed lately but the food preparation is absolute garbage. How is the bottom of the container full of oil and seasoning but the chicken is just bland and tasteless with rubbery skin. Whoever is cooking now needs more training or something. I’m definitely not returning to this location. Service was already terrible but the food was great. Now it’s just a horrible location all around. Pitiful.

Messed up our order after taking forever to make it waiting an hr later to get our order fixed had to go back a third time because order was still messed up ... food service wasnt even wearing gloves definitely won't be coming here again these people need to learn to read an do their damn jobs or lose it,its not hard to take an order an serve it a damn kid can do the job its very simple to shake wings !!!
