Today is 8/1/25 and I have did to DoorDash orders and the female cashier are very rude to delivery driver and customers.. Especially the drivers who don’t speak English.. I understand there was a lot of orders coming in and a long wait on the food.. But their attitude was ridiculous and uncalled for

This location is very unprofessional marking orders complete and still have you waiting. Instead of watching who goes in comes in the bathroom make sure orders are correct. Didn’t put my fries in the bag like it was my fault, and was told I have twenty four hours to come receive my order that I paid for.

If i could give this location 0 stars i would. HORRIBLE customer service!!! The cook (Deandre)complained the entire time saying he wasn’t going to accommodate my orders they way I wanted it and how i paid for it. ! I called in a order and still waited an hour and thirty minutes!!! NO APOLOGY JUST HEARING DEANDRE COMPLAIN ABOUT DOING HIS JOB WHILE THE LOBBY IS FULL OF GUEST!

67th Stoney Island .. waited too long for chicken wrap combo and the food was not hot! The service was not the greatest-too many people at register, mopping floors and then going in back to handle food without washing hands!

I’m sorry to write this review but this is my Sceond issue with wing stop on 87 & stony I’m always there and for them to tell me they can’t remake my food is insane I order literally the same thing every single day I get charged $30 - $15 and you mean to tell me I can not get a remake of my order because the food is not right I come up there I know wing stop therefore I know how there corn look and I know how there chicken supposed to look and taste. The only thing that was right was the fries !
I ordered at 830 pm was given fresh chicken everyone was polite forgot to order ranch didn’t have any more money one of the members gave me they ranch that they were using for their lunch definitely coming back

Horrible experience rude customer service employees walking around talking playing around I had to wait a hour for my order doing uber eats delivery just for them to tell me the order was gone! Smh this has to be the worse establishment! 👎🏾 Try to avoid this place
