I’m sorry to write this review but this is my Sceond issue with wing stop on 87 & stony I’m always there and for them to tell me they can’t remake my food is insane I order literally the same thing every single day I get charged $30 - $15 and you mean to tell me I can not get a remake of my order because the food is not right I come up there I know wing stop therefore I know how there corn look and I know how there chicken supposed to look and taste. The only thing that was right was the fries !

I ordered at 830 pm was given fresh chicken everyone was polite forgot to order ranch didn’t have any more money one of the members gave me they ranch that they were using for their lunch definitely coming back

Horrible experience rude customer service employees walking around talking playing around I had to wait a hour for my order doing uber eats delivery just for them to tell me the order was gone! Smh this has to be the worse establishment! 👎🏾 Try to avoid this place

However. I ordered 3 tenders and some fries at 9:00pm i arrived at 9:32 ten minutes after the latest pickup time. I didn't get my food until I asked for a refund at 9:52. When I asked for a refund they didn't give me one and just kept promising my food. I was too tired and low blood sugar to fight for my refund so I just waited another 3 minutes, took my food and left.

This is my favorite store so it hurts me that on 12-23-2024. I placed an online order for pick up at 5:30 under Wonderful Jordan, I arrived at 6:15 after being told the order would be ready in 16-20 minutes. Upon arriving I gave my name, first I was told my order was being prepared asking for the manager, greeted been told my order was delivered but it definitely stated carry out. Never received an apology for the over sight but was giving attitude like I did something wrong. As a chef customer service is more important than the food. You can turn a simple misunderstanding with the right customer service into a great experience!

The store at 1521 E 87th street is the cleanest and most friendliest restaurant around this area!!! The food is excellent also! I'm a Doordash Driver and I truly love getting orders from this location.
