The store at 1521 E 87th street is the cleanest and most friendliest restaurant around this area!!! The food is excellent also! I'm a Doordash Driver and I truly love getting orders from this location.

To be honest, I’ve stopped patronizing this location because the service wasn’t the best and the food was always old, but as of lately, I’ve been given the best service. Tamika (I believe she’s the manager) has been nothing less than professional and friendly. Unfortunately, I did not get the names of the two young women at the register who helped me, but they were also courteous and professional. Not to mention my food has been fresh, hot and delicious.

I did an online order thru wingstop website on 10/17/24 at 4:38pm I order 8 pc tenders for 2 when my food came I had everything except the 4pc tenders so I called n spoke to someone who then put the manager temeka on after waiting 5/10 mins n she tells me I can come get my tenders I paid for & didn’t receive I came to the store the next day 10/18/24 to get my tenders I explained to the young lady at the counter she said she was going to get the manager which was 4 steps away so she comes temeka n tells me my order from the other day I have anxiety so it threw me off she was very rude unprofessional I did my order on 10/17/24 NOT the order day didn’t appreciate being treated like I’m lying n I always go to wingstop in Country Club Hills the manager have no respect I never have to LIE about some food I’m paying my hard working money for and she’s upset because she couldn’t get her staff together to make sure ppl food is coming out correctly especially being delivered n if they have me a A receipt i would’ve gladly gave it to them I have my online receipt nothing was stable to the delivery bag

The workers are polite.
However, I placed my order online at 6pm and prepaid for it and my estimated wait time was 20min. I gave them more time and picked up at 7pm and they never even started my order. It makes no sense bc I already paid so if I didn’t show up that’s my money lost.
So I had to wait an additional 20 min for my food to be ready. The same thing occurred to a gentlemen who walked in after me. So this must be how they do business but it’s a horrible model.
Suggestion: if you are debating on starting the order, just call the customer to confirm the pick up time.
We don’t want to stand here waiting and staring at you all work. And I’m sure you all don’t want to stare us in your waiting area.

I went to this particular location 1521 E 87th st and I will never visit another Wing stop again all because of this location. My daughter and I entered the restaurant carrying my 3lb Yorkie and as we walked through the door at a little after 11pm on Friday 7/12/2024, the young lady leaning over the counter immediately said “you can’t bring no pets in here”. First of all he’s not just our pet, he’s family and most importantly he’s My support animal! Had she greeted us properly and asked the correct questions she would have known this! The establishment was filthy to say the least and the music was extremely loud! The whole 3 min experience was rude, disregarded, and simply put IGNORANT!! My daughter and I was so disgusted we decided we didn’t want to go to our favorite location which is the Hyde Park Wing Stop, we’re done giving rude and nasty establishments our money.
