If I could give less stars than one I would.BEWARE as of 04/19/24 around 10pm CDT. My partner and I got wing stop and 2 hours later we were throwing up etc.Here we are Day two and still sick.The fries I had received looked liked dehydrated fruit and looked like it’s was left out all day.Due to this food poisoning, I will never eat wings stop, and especially this location again.South siders, try the Hyde park location. Or don’t ever order online, watch them cook it in front of you.Update: Day 5 and still sick. I haven’t been able to keep anything down. Went to urgent care, they verified its was food poison!Horrible.

Completely got my order wrong, I've never been yelled at over the phone like that before.Extremely rude to me, I don't appreciate that.I tried to get this lady to understand but she kept repeating the same thing to me.I feel disrespected as a customer and I will no longer give service to this location.

They messed up my Online order. I asked for cheese fries with no seasoning. I got home and not only did they not put cheese on my fries, they seasoned them. I also asked for tenders and they gave me boneless wings. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this location, they are always messing up peoples

It's a super busy location. I'm not the biggest wingstop fan but my husband wanted some lol. Ordered a 20 PC got home and it was all drums, boo I hate drums but called up there and spoke to T, she made it right. Thank you!

I don’t see myself buying any more food from this place. My daughter loves the chicken sandwiches so we go there on days she has a half day at school but every time I order the bone in wings for myself they are always severely overcooked. I get home thinking I might have finally gotten a good batch but it gets worse every time. The wings are cooked so hard I can’t eat them. I have asked if they could not cook them hard but it’s done anyway. I love the fries but the bone in chicken is horrible.

No Gloves! Nothing behind the counter is clean. Sauce bowls they toss the chicken in are not clean. They just reuse them over & over again. There's so much cross contamination behind that counter it's ridiculous.

I had an issue where I ordered for pickup from Uber and got the complete wrong order. Got nothing I asked for. I reached out to Uber who said I could get a refund right on the spot. BUT I chose not to, instead I called up to Wingstop and was told by an Employee, who was VERY respectful, that I can come in when management arrives and get my order remade. I proceeded to do so, spoke with the manager and explained the situation, and she had my full order remade to perfection. EVERYTHING WAS FRESH AND CORRECT without any tension or attitude. She even made sure to let me know throughout the process that my order was being worked on and how much longer I had left. To top it off, she even gave me a free brownie for the trouble. I didn't know those brownies were that good tbh lol. They have definitely stepped up over the months an I appreciate them. Remember, the employees are human just like the rest of us. They get flustered and make mistakes as well and it is easy to get upset with them. However, put yourself in their shoes and speak to them how you'd want to be spoken to when you make a mistake. Understanding goes a long way. Appreciate the service and will definitely come back again in the future.
