I go to pick up my carryout order after the allotted time and they tell me that my order had already been picked up. Like how? If I am just now coming to pick it up. I waited an additional 15-20 minutes for my order. I get the cup for the combo and it looks like it had a bite taken out of it. Asked for a new one. Drink machine clearly hasn’t been cleaned before anytime soon because why am I picking cherry coke but tasting sprite?? I go to eat my actual food finally and of course they don’t listen to easy season on fries and one of my flavor picks on my tenders, hot honey rub? Not even on it. Ridiculous. Never eating or ordering from this location ever again. Don’t bother eating or ordering here unless you’re ordering 1 hour from when you actually want to eat and check everything before leaving.

don’t have ubereats orders on if you’re not gonna fulfill them! had to go back and forth with uber to cancel until a driver confirmed you guys WEREN’T making ubereats orders despite being online.

Went in there with a veteran order a fry told if could warm up it good but I let cool off I ask lady and ball guy for cup I leave said clean up go said 333 for cup no nothing u say that it they don’t speak no English I had appointment I left my vertan and he ask can call for ambulance till I go she said she called police because he has one shoe I didn’t see no phone all this is is money and leave in Indias

Terrible service, the staff would rather refund your money than charge you the difference!!!
I ordered 30 piece boneless wings, when I received them they were extremely hard almost inedible. This is the second time they’ve come this way, I returned them and requested to exchange for bone in and pay the difference. I explained to her this isn’t the 1st time this has happened. To summarize the event they refunded me my money (a 3 day process) because they refused to let me pay for a substitution!
Will never patronize here again!

I go to this location constantly due to it being close to my job , their bathroom is always “under maintenance” it’s been like 3 months now , it’s pretty clear they just don’t want customers to use their restrooms ,paying customers should be allowed to use their restrooms .
