If I can just give no stars for service I would do so. I have walked into this wing stop twice. The first time I walked in the front cashier was so rude. I asked her about some coupons or promo codes and she refused to help me. She kept telling me to figure it out. Ok I went in the second time because I thought maybe she is just having a bad day. The second time I walked in.. no one acknowledged me then she walked to the front rang something up and said “we only take online orders” the. Walked away. At this point im wondering like only pick or delivery online orders. She then shook her head and said yes are you confused?. I asked do I order for pick up or it can only be delivered? She said with a rude voice and attitude” that is your choice” just order online. And walked away. I will for sure not go back.

Terrible terrible customer service. The cook was mad Because there were walk in orders and told the cashier not to take any walk-ins .What ever happened to customer service ??♂️ Tried using the bathroom to wash my hands and the cook again in a cold Voice bathrooms are closed .On top of that my order was wrong .
Came in on a Saturday night and we were told only online orders for the night.

I do pick up from here the place is never clean the soda mechanic is always sticky and the employee's are disrespectful and the orders take along while

I've been calling since 10:30 pm and I have not been answered. I ordered lemon pepper wings and I'm calling to let them know to put extra seasoning cause they never put any they literally just put sauce with the seasoning that's already in the bowl. I ordered for delivery and I just know my order is gunna come with barely any season as always unless I call and tell them to put extra. I will update with a picture when I receive my order just to prove my point. @Management it is 7/19/23 @11:00pm been calling since 10:30pm I have the call logs to prove it. You'll know who was on shift since I put the time & date. Correct your cashiers & especially shift lead for allowing this to happen

Not Sure If My Email Sent To This location But What I Witnessed Is Wrong I Came To Pick Up My Order When The Supervisor Slapped His Employee In The Face He Was Yelling At All His Employees He Looked To Be Intoxicated He Needs To Be Held Responsible As He Fled Before The Police Arrived

*EDIT* My experience below is accurate in my experience (originally 4/5) but I’m deducting a star because A LOT of their reviews are fake. Fake names and they sound the same. Very disappointing and deceptive.*ORIGINAL* After having a negative experience with the one in Evergreen Park I can honestly say , what an upgrade. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and the service was so fast. My food was hot and fresh. The wings were COVERED in sauce and they gave a really good amount of celery when most places will skimp you on it. Only reason it didn’t get five stars in because the dining area wasn’t very clean at all. Tables hadn’t been wiped and the floor wasn’t swept . Small location so i wouldn’t recommend dining in but the food and service will have me returning.
