I ordered carry out a few minutes ago and they got my order wrong!? I had ordered 10 mango habanero and 10 Korean barbecue. You know what I got? 10 mango habanero and 10 PLAIN. I am pregnant and was really craving the Korean barbecue boneless chicken! I will never go to this location anymore. I gave my order to my significant other and wont be eating. And may I add all of my ranch dips were covered with this mystery sauce? And watered down coke! Unbelievable.

I placed a delivery order through the website and never received my order. I called the next day and was told to place another order (just a ranch cup) and they would add the missing food and when I said the total way too high and didn’t meet the online minimum, they told me to place another order larger order. I declined their offer and asked for a refund and was told they would process it. 2 1/2 weeks later; no refund. I called the store to ask for my refund and the worker pretended to not be able to find my order but I had order number and timestamps then he tried to berate and telling me “refund take time” and “calm down.”
