I’m not sure of this place is under new management or if they’re hiring college kids that don’t take pride in working there, but this place is horrible. Please run! Food is plated horribly, undone chicken, recooked burnt fries, and just horrible service. I called for a manager and was in hold for 30 mins. I visited the store and ordered again after the store canceled my UberEats order after 4 different drivers came to the store to pick it up. During my visit I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn’t let them know I just ordered on UnerEats app. The cashier was very rude, and the chicken wasn’t done and the fries looked as if they were recooked.

They make door dashers fill the drink orders which obviously means you won’t get your drink. Fair to the door dashers. It’s unsanitary. This content creator posted footage of the employee confidently telling the driver “you have to do it”.

I order a 6 piece mix and got all drums all the manager can say was call DoorDash . If I wanted all drums I would’ve paid extra for that option .
