I.love wings stop but here the wings are always not fully cooked I live like 3 blocks away n it's a shame that when I order they would say your order would b done in 15 to 25 min then you get your food thinking it's been a while the wings should b don't but most of the time it's the boneless that are not fully cooked smh n the fries always cold n I went there before hand so I expected my food warm or hot but was cold...

Food is ok depending on what time you go I try to avoid the real busy busy times they definitely can do better with service every time I’m there it looks like underaged high schoolers running the place try to preorder your food they take forever sometimes and sometimes there right on point that’s why I gave them a 4 out of 5 ??

I was dining inside of restaurant with my friend and I noticed the cashier on duty 02/21/2024 named Krystal or Chrystal was mistreating several guests including myself when ordering food. She had a bad attitude and greeted no customers as they walked in. What caused me to write this review was seeing the cashier on duty 02/21/2024 Wednesday at 01:30pm was yelling homophobic slurs at a guests and several other degrading names which included curse words. The customer only asked why he was skipped in line when he was at the store first and served last when ordering a small order ahead of several customers who had bigger orders placed. The customer mentions to the cashier was on camera doing these things and that he would report her but the cashier said she did not give a F and pulled the food out the customers hands as nearly making it fall on the floor. She threatened to beat him up and got in his face. The customer asked her what her problem was and she stated he was her problem and she continued to act violent towards him provoking him and screaming nearly spitting in his face. I will never come back to this restaurant or any restaurant as long as Krystal is the one servicing customers. Disgusted by what I witnessed.

I literally am standing there in an empty restaurant watching the workers answer the phones amd telling peoplecits extremely busy and there's a 2 hour wait lol....I ordered in oerson and received my food in 15 minutes. These workers need to be re hired they're lazy lazy

I rarely like to come here because the management and leadership you can definitely tell it isn’t good and definitely communication which can effect the food and service etc… but one of my friends recently decided to stop by, and I was surprised one of the cashier girls crystal her service was amazing and didn’t act rude or inferior as I had experienced it before with one of the managers there so I might be stopping again amazing service on her behalf.
