I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

They got my order wrong twice and I ordered a 10 pics bone in the cook had 3 hickory and 7 cajun spice I dont like Cajun it was like they don't understand English not going back until they get a better staff

Worse wing stop I ever had how yall don’t have no ranch? Only to get my food home, everything was bogus vodoo fries were burnt barely cheese on them and no ranch whatsoever, chicken was also under cooked. I called to let them know and he hung up on me. Wingstop cost too damn much for them to be playing with people food like this. This location is the worse wouldn’t recommend

Do not do a National Wings Day and hide when you app crashes and made it impossible to enjoy. Several I know got ignored and not extension. Therefore all 20 will not be coming back to Wingstop. Good bye. You have competition and it’s time for them to be tried.
I just ordered from this location through DoorDash and it was literally the best wingstop I’ve ever had. The wings were perfectly cooked! Crispy on the outside but still juicy on the inside and they were so well seasoned! The fries were also perfect! I’m a truck driver so I’ve tried different locations in many states and this is the first I’ve felt so shocked like I HAD to let yall know yall are doing amazing in that kitchen ?

I always purchase from this location. Last week i placed an online order at 11:40 they called me and told me they wouldn’t be able to make my order because it’s too late even though they closed at 12. I told them i was literally outside waiting and they refused to make my order and told me i would be refunded. It’s been a week and i haven’t gotten a refund i had to go back up to the location to demand my refund. This has been an inconvenience. I work in the service industry and i know good customer service. I am completely disappointed with my experience at this location. I recommend that you close your orders online down at 11:30 if you’re not gonna service anymore. And refund when you say you will.

I ordered a large ranch dressing which comes in large container by itself. When I received my order, I had six small ranch cups. This is not equivalent of the large ranch that I always purchase. When I return to the restaurant to question why I have six small cups, The Cashier Said that wingstops does not carry the large cups. I said yes they do. I’ve ordered large ranches several times. Then she corrected herself by saying our store does not carry large ranch. She said that they only give out 6 cups of equal a large ranch. Which is likely to fall over open up in the bag in the wasted. Also 6 cups is not the same amount of ranch that I should’ve received. I told her that this was wrong and I felt gypped.Wingstop as a franchise, I’ve never had a complaint. But her attitude was very poor and this standard of measurement is wrong.I will not return to the store ever again, and I will encourage others not to go to this location.
