The woman serving us was amazing! She was somewhat short and late 20s/ early 30s. We received the best customer service ever and she was kind when advising us on what to order. I strongly recommend this location.

Alexa is very rude and shouldn’t be working customer service. Was rude when I called to place the order and was rude when I called to ask why our sprite was flat with no ice.
They gave us flat sprite with no ice and when we called and asked why she said “there’s nothing we can do about that” what happened to even the slightest customer service?

Food here is never fully cooked the manager who would not give me her name has a major attitude when I was polite to her the whole time simply asking if she could honor an online discount where she continued to tell me she has no clue what any of the discounts are then went about her jolly way to eat food in the dining area she was dirty didn’t wash her hands but touched food the entire plaza is kind of dangerous with homelessness I usually don’t leave reviews but this was just straight ridiculous customers don’t deserve attitude because someone hates their job

The only reason they're not a 10 is that I wish they were just a tad crispier.
