The only reason they're not a 10 is that I wish they were just a tad crispier. we received some questionable uber eats meals in the past but Just ordered some last night and im not sure if they hired new management/ a line cook but these wings were great! We called because we were that happy with them. Manager was very attentive and sweet. We placed an order around 6/7pm 10/22/23

Wingstop on 63rd Street I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches for two combos. Which consistbof 4 chicken sandwiches and 2 large fries and 4 sodas.. What I received was 2 chickin sandwiches, 2 large fries and 4 sodas. The worst part is they have gotten my last 4 orders wrong. I have to use extra time and gas to get the items I ordered and paid for. Will not be going back! Getting orders wrong is the norm at this Wingstop

The Manager of this facility is a P.O.S.Totally ignorant to his crew, yelling at them like they were in prison. I almost knocked him outI would never eat there again if he is still working there.But the food was fantastic as always

The fries look like they were at the bottom of the pan for hours. They were DRENCHED in grease. Super soggy. Disgusting. I went in there and they told me it was carry out only even though there was a full hour before they close. I'm mindful of these situations and i don't mean to inconvenience people trying to close, but i was just one person and would've been out long before closing time. Also, there was a group of about 8 kids in there eating and hanging out while the cashier told me i had to wait 20 minutes for my food but couldn't eat there. The wings weren't even tossed thoroughly. The cashier didn't put any condiments or napkins in the bag. She was a nice girl, but the quality of food and service was poor.
