I went into Wingstop today as a courier for a delivery service around 1pm on 9-15-25. When I arrived this location they tried to tell me I had to make the drink for the customer. It is against the law to have anyone besides a restaurant employee make food items. This location like most Wingstop locations refuse to comply with the law in the state of Illinois. The restaurant employees use scenarios like this as leverage against the couriers. They know that if we were forced to cancel the order that we won’t get paid.

Might be worth mentioning not to ignore your waiting customers, if I have to ask you more than once if my order is ready when your screen says yes for the 8+ mins, then you give me the wrong order b/c Karina was too busy NOT paying attention, then service gets 1 star

A bit of a disaster at lunch with a large high school crowd the place couldn't handle. They told me they were out of Blue cheese dressing. Wings without blue cheese! Shame!
The fancy every version of coke imaginable machine couldn't produce regular coke or diet coke that day. Lots of selections out. Informed staff and they just shrugged their shoulders and didn't fix it wings and fries were good

Ashley was super helpful and had absolutely amazing customer service! My boyfriend and I ran into a little hiccup with our order for uber eats, and she corrected the mistake to the best of her ability and was EXTREMELY patient and kind with us. Her customer service alone will be the reason I’ll be visiting that location often. Ashley if you see this, Thankyou! :)

Not a joke ordered ahead came in after 15 minutes, was not ready for another 20. Should probably have more staffing for peak hours so it's not just two people. Won't be returning

I ordered online and went to go pick it up this morning. So I’m thinking in the morning it would be fresh. Clearly, it was not fresh due to me, throwing up immediately after eating it. The chicken was old and just was not good. Wish I could get like a refund or something.. yuck
