Wok Dong is a phenomenal Colombian and Chinese fusion restaurant, a tiny gem in the Belmont Cragin area. The food is amazing, delicious, fresh, and has good flavor with quite big portion sizes. It is not traditional Chinese food but a fusion with Latin spices, while still having a strong Asian feel. Specific dishes praised include tostones and egg rolls, Fish à la plancha, Wonton and Chicken Latin soup, and the Szechuan Fish Filet described as spicy and perfectly spiced. The chicken wings are also beautifully spiced, flavorful, and delightful.
The restaurant is very clean and has a cozy feeling. The service is highly commended, with staff described as super friendly, accommodating, kind, and personable. The owner is proud of what he serves. A point of note is that the entrees do not come with rice, which should be considered when ordering. The business has parking in the back and the music is fire.
