I will give only 4 stars because of the limitations with the menu and being the only real option in this hotel.

This is without a doubt the best in-hotel restaurant dinner I have ever had. Kudos to the chefs. Bone-in pork chop at the server's suggestion and an espresso chocolate torte. Amazing. Service was meh, but friendly. Atmosphere was as you would expect in a hotel eatery, but very comfortable and lively.

The salad was fresh but underwhelming — it lacked flavor and needed more dressing.

Nice restaurant in the Marriott next to McCormick Place. The bartenders were friendly and provided quick service. We started with the candied bacon and it did not disappoint. Nice maple flavor with a little bit of chew. We also had the pork chop and the chimmichuri portobello sandwich. The pork chop was tender and had a little bit of a char, which added to the smokey flavor. The portbello sandwich was delicious, and the chimmichuri was excellent.

As one staying at a competing hotel, I was delighted with my food order.

I had breakfast there today. The hostess took us to a table but the seat had food stuck to it, and needed a good cleaning. We moved ourselves to the next table and signaled to a server who gave us the ok. Another server came immediately to tell us off in a very condescending way. She was simply rude and very unpleasant. We had the buffet breakfast which was quite good even if the fruits were somewhat bland.

Good food, terrible service. Went for dinner and they never brought out the app we ordered. Manager was nice about it and gave us free dessert, thus the 3/5 on atmosphere. The next morning we tried breakfast there and waited 45 minutes for our order (eggs, BLT) and it never came. We just left. Don’t go here if you have anywhere else to go that day.

Decent food and after multiple visits, I’ve experience okay service, extremely slow & kitchen cannot keep up & errors are made.

Stopped by Woven + Bound in the South Loop the other night, and man, was it a treat! The Miracle Burger was juicy and loaded with aged white cheddar and thick-cut bacon—totally hit the spot. Paired it with their black truffle frites, which were crispy and had that perfect truffle kick. Also tried the Smokey Little Gems salad; the heirloom tomatoes and moody bleu cheese combo was on point. Dropped about $50 for the meal, but for that quality and the chill vibe, it was worth every penny. If you're around the Marriott Marquis, definitely swing by this spot!
