A standout hotel restaurant in Chicago! Woven + Bound at the Marriott Marquis is way more than convenient dining—it's genuinely delicious and beautifully done. The menu weaves in bold, local flavors perfectly: the candied bacon was addictive (sweet, smoky perfection!), the pork chop tender and flavorful, and the Portobello sandwich hearty and satisfying

Food took 1 hour and they didn’t even have the decency to warn us beforehand. Absolutely unacceptable.
Service was horrid. Why did i have to ask her 3 times where our food was? Why couldn’t she tell us like a proper server?
Unprofessional. Food quality is not the focus of this review so disregard that aspect. Bad service trumps food quality every day of the week.
Edit: they apologized profusely and were much better the next day. Updated to 4 stars

They charge $5 for ice in an old fashioned. Absolutely insane! Not to mention the bartenders are grumpy and ignore you.

Becareful when there for a conference. I had my badge on and for some reason I was charged on my incidental card I put down for my hotel stay.I have been calling and calling to try to get a charge I never made refunded. I left a voicemail and no one bothered calling me back and now the mailbox is full. The hotel side is not being any help either.
The food was cooked and presented well but it wasn't fantastic. The service, although very nice, was slow. The kitchen was also slow around the dinner rush. Wine/beer took a long time to come out for many tables and dessert was also slow even after the rush died down.

Quite disappointed. Restaurants is part of The Marriott Marquis so the service and the food should be better. The food was very average compared to the relatively pricey cost . We waited almost 25 minutes for the waitress to even come and acknowledge or serve a glass of water. Had to walk over and ask for the waitress to come take the order or give Water. She was not happy about that and initially rude. We waited one hour for the food, even when we told the waitress that we were hungry and Just got off a flight, etc and would appreciate if we can get the food soon. We saw people who were seated after us being served before us. Eventually We had to call the manager after one hour to get our food.Overall not impressed at all. Not many options nearby when you’re coming for a conference at the McCormick convention center and staying at Marriott Marquis. Otherwise would not eat there again. Very average food despite relatively high price and poor service overall.

They can only do two bills but they won't tell you that untill they bring a bill.
Our server carlean h took our order and disappeared.

This is without a doubt the best in-hotel restaurant dinner I have ever had. Kudos to the chefs. Bone-in pork chop at the server's suggestion and an espresso chocolate torte. Amazing. Service was meh, but friendly. Atmosphere was as you would expect in a hotel eatery, but very comfortable and lively.
