I love potstickers, but more often than not they dont have them here because the staff is too lazy to make them. Today they were alos out of soy sauce. They always seem to disappoint me.

Tiny portions, bad taste and texture, overpriced

Ordered their Kung Pao Chicken. Received a tiny portion of some tasteless chicken mush. Nothing close to Kung Pao Chicken! $15 for really crappy food.

I have never had such pathetic food and that too for this overpriced cost ever , please shut this place down
The staff seemed more focused on their phones than on serving customers. Additionally, they ran out of fried rice by noon, which is surprising for a Chinese takeout place where you’d expect that to be a staple item. Also very pricey for the quality and quantity of food . Go to urban olive instead

Absolutely abysmal portions. Do not eat here.
Terrible service. Waited for 10 min in the queue and was told when I reached the counter that the item I wanted was discontinued. They could have put a simple tape or crossed out the item from their menu.

This place exemplifies everything about the depressing death of value we see all around. I felt a bit conned by what I got for a $10.99 "bowl". As many others have stated, the rice was cooked to death, a mush. Disappointingly small portion of chicken, and the weird saucy format was not what I expected for "kung pao chicken" and certainly the furthest thing possible from the pictures shown on the menu. The flavor overall was ok. The bao were not particularly great either, very thick, heavy, doughy, not much flavor. Maybe I'm just not a bao enjoyer. For the $6.99 they want for two though, certainly a crime.
Don't be duped by the images on the menu, or on the wow bao website. Heed the reviews - go anywhere else. Panda Express tastes at least 3x better than this place

I ordered teriyaki chicken and got this (see attached photo). There was no chicken—just onions and teriyaki sauce. The store sign shows it opens at 10:00, but the counter didn’t open until 10:30. Do not order from here.
This rice is mush and there's like no chicken in the "teriyaki chicken" it's just gravy. I let the steam and look get the best of me. At least it was fast but my lord for 20 dollars this is terrible.
