Smelled like pee and stale beer. Horrible staff. If you haven’t had a single beverage in a week and your entire life’s dependency rests on having a drink- keep walking, literally any bar on Clark St is better, even just a 7/11.

Service has really gone downhill over the years

Always ask about specials, they seem to change often

The worst customer service from all staff . Enter before everyone else, but all other tables that arrived after ordered first and get their orders. Finally order, and it never comes.

Covid New Years Eve......need I say more? Menu was not same as on line, plastic utensils, glasses.......Server was great...trying his best and apologized. I used to come here for brunch or after work fir burger/pasta. Was great! New Year's was tough....hope next summer things will improve!

The bar wasn't open, but Opentable let us make a reservation, and on google business it also says they were open. The menu and decor looked cute, but we didn't get to see since it was closed.

Have been intown several times this year and have gone to Vines every time for something. First time was dinner and drinks, we had a big table and the food and service was perfect. next trip was lunch and beer, again perfect. Last time we stopped just because we wanted a beer but got the pretzel just for fun. will go back soon
Not good at all. Not directed by anybody who worked there. Even the manager was ignoring us and just staring. Doing a “Game day” menu on a non game day...so it gave us two options to eat and drink. Thank God we had a sweet waitress, Lily, who came in and helped us out eventually. Would not recommend this place, unless you enjoy being treated like the gum on the bottom of somebody's shoe and like getting dirty looks from all the employees while you sit there and eat.

Horrific experience. Made a reservation via OpenTable for 1130am. Got to Vines on Clark and the bartender said were not taking reservations today and opentable should have been turned off. Finally got a table and waited 20 min for drink orders to be taken and over an hour for food to arrive. Won't be going back here ever again

Next time bring our food! Need I say more. Service poor and after an hour of waiting, we paid our drink bill. Our food never showed and frankly our server didn't care! No repest business from us.
Worst experience I have had at a restaurant. They weren't honoring Open Table reservations but luckily (or so we thought), we found a table anyway on our own. After 90 minutes of asking where I food was, the waiter finally said he never gave the kitchen our order (even though we asked him at least five times). We therefore had to leave in a hurry to get something to eat at Wrigley before the game. Yet they charged us for the drinks they had just brought to our table that we could not have because we had to leave due to them telling us we couldn't get food before game time (we got there two hours before the game). As a sidenote, if you were interested in something at the bar, the line was thirty people deep. I understand no one can find people to work and occasionally people have bad experiences, but this whole situation was handled very poorly.

Music was one sided.. it would've been better if it was different genres of music considering it was versatile but they only catered to 1 group of people.. didn't like the food at all my fries tasted as if I had some sort of chemicals on it...

Reserved outdoor space for a late brunch on St. Paddy's day. Service was great and very accommodating. Also tables were very spaced out and felt very safe being there and dining outside during COVID times.

My boyfriend and I went here for a causal date night and it was the perfect vibe! I felt very safe, the wait staff was super kind, and the food and drinks were delicious! A great place to go :) I will be returning!
