Morning shift never seems to get any coffee drinks correct. Ordered Iced coffee with salted caramel it comes with milk cream and sugar… Today morning shift made it with no milk cream or sugar… if i ever get a drink wrong its them.

Delicious treats to settle your sweets. The Churro Sundaes are very satisfying. Add a little pep to your step and try one with a shot of expresso poured over the top! So Good

On jun 9 I ordered 3 doz of xurro an I asked to have it mix filled the girl said sure the order was for a shool when I get to rhe school most of the xurro have no filling I called the store and the girl ho take my call just give me a phone number to send some pictures I did send the pictures of the xurro with no filling and the receipt I have no answer no body get in contact with me

Place needs more to be more presentable, it looks a bit dirty, we ordered flavor churros and after filling them, they gave us the box with jelly all over! They need a better exhaust system, the place smells bad, also, we wanted cajeta flavor and they said that flavor it's only for Wednesdays???!!!! We as Mexicans, we love churros but gave us a clean place and quality service we deserve. Don't take our business for granted!

👋🏻 Hey fellow Google Mappers! ☺️ I have gone to the Xurro location on 63rd St. near Midway many times and it one of my fave dessert spots when I’m craving a sweet treat. The first time I went, I remember I got plain churros. My boyfriend suggested for me to try the vanilla filled churro and I can’t look back since that day. Vanilla filled churros are my fave and go-to flavor especially when I go to Xurro.
📲 Mobile App: I highly recommend downloading the Xurro mobile app and placing your order that way or placing your order by phone. I usually order through their mobile app to make sure my points are in my account and can get discounts on future purchases. When you order online, the allotted time they give you is it will be ready in about an hour. I usually order ahead of time so but the time I get there, it’s ready with little to no wait. I’m not sure how long it takes when you place an order right then and there, especially during busy hours, but I can only imagine.
🍽️ Food/Drink Items: There are many delicious options to choose from although churros are their speciality, they also have coffee, ice cream, etc. I feel old school for saying this or maybe this is just an old school flavor, but I find it hard to find establishments that have Superman ice cream. Xurro, at least the location on 63rd near Midway had Superman ice cream and I love it! The only other place I know that serves Superman ice cream is Huck Finn Restaurant.
⭐️ Customer Service: All the staff I’ve interacted with every time I go are always welcoming and friendly. My order is always correct & usually ready when I pick it up with doing a mobile or online order.
🅿️ Parking: Parking is really tricky on 63rd St. It’s a hit or miss with parking. There’s usually no parking when I go to Xurro, so I usually park near it and have my emergency lights on.
💪🏻 Overall Experience: Overall, I always have a great experience whenever I come to Xurro. I highly recommend this place if you’re craving churros and their churros taste wayyyy better than one you can get at a carnival during the summer time.
