Ordered food for lunch at work on a Monday afternoon. Tried to call in order but no one answered. Website stated that the restaurant was open, so I placed my order for pickup on my way to work. Restaurant said order would be ready in 20 minutes and they would text me when to come in to pick up my order. Showed up and waited over 30 minutes ( in addition to the 20) in my car concerned that I was going to be late for work. Just when I decided to go in and check out what was taking so long, I received a text stating that my order was not to be filled and the charge was refunded to my credit card. When I went in to inquire why my order was cancelled, I was told that they forgot they were closed that day and the website had made a mistake. There was no apology or effort to make sure I had lunch for work. Needless to say, I had to leave to go to work empty handed and wasted an hour of my time. Now, I've ordered from other restaurants at this location and had good experiences. I still don't understand how a business doesn't know that it's not open and takes orders and payment and inconveniences it's customer and doesn't reach out to give an explanation or make it right. Maybe someone should answer the phone next time or at least have a message stating that they are closed today. Too dependent on their app./website.

I have ordered from this location a couple of times. The noodles are always fresh and have great flavors combined with a perfectly cooked protein. Highly recommend for anybody looking for an awesome asian restaurant in the area.
