Bissap (Sorrel)
A tart, cranberry-like flavor drink made from the dried red flowers of Hibiscus sabdariffa, a kind of hibiscus plant, Jus de Bissap (Beesap) seems to be more of a tea than a "juice". It is often called the "national drink of Senegal". The dried flowers are often called dried red sorrel, sorrel, or roselle.
Ginger
A zesty, pungent tonic. Yassa's special recipe made from ginger roots. Ginger is known for its many medicinal qualities and also known as an aphrodisiac.
Baobab
This very nutritious, milky drink is made from dried baobab fruit pods. The baobab tree has many names, one is 'the tree of life'. This exotic tasting fruit contains a powerful vitamin c content and is full of other vitamins including thiamin, potassium and calcium. Simply amazing I love this place if you want to be treated with dignity and respect go here. I love how nice the people are here. They treat you with so much love and respect and you can tell the food is made with love. I had the Yassa Chicken and it was so juicy and flavorful. If I could I would have licked the container. I also ordered lamb now hold on let me tell you everyone can not make lamb this lamb taste like the cooking Gods prepared it them self.

It's crazy how delicious and flavorful the rice is! I got the whole fish with rice and plantain fufu. When I tell you that as the best fufu I've ever had!!!! The fish was good but was a bit overcooked and dry, which is sad. If it were juicy this would've been the best meal! I'll try them again for sure.
