This is a hole in the wall with nothing but the most authentic and delicious Yemeni cuisine in the ChiTown area. We've been dining here since forever and the food quality and friendly service has never disappointed us.Laham (Lamb) Mandi, and all other gourmet dishes are so scrumptious and addicted. I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.
Tried the mandi and kabsa here. There was more meat than rice and the meat was kinda dry which made it hard to eat but the rice was really good. Wasn't as good as I was expecting but it's still better than nothing since it's hard to find these dishes in America. The other dishes in the menu sounded good and I would have tried them if I wasn't so full. Would recommend going here if your nearby but not if your far away and have to travel for 30 minutes or more...
The food is excellent, the place from the inside needs more work. The waitress wasn't attentive, we finished the food and she never asked if we needed anything. I would have gave it 5 stars but the service wasn't good at all.
But over all if you are craving some good Yemeni food, this is definitely the place to go.
