I walked in to order takeout and the entire process took way too long because no one checked in on me after handing me the menu. It didn't help that there were only two waiters and they were occupied at the back most of the time. Food was severely undersalted, mediocre, and overpriced.
The food is very good, but please understand that it is a large portion and it is high priced even if you're down to share with other people at the table.

I have not been here in a while and it is apparently under new management. Sad to say it is definitely not the same. Portions are much smaller, we used to be able to share a Kimchi fried rice with at least 6 people, now it’s barely enough for 4. Popcorn chicken was dry and not the same quality. Sucks bc we absolutely loved this place and have been coming here for 10+ years. Service on a Wednesday night with only 2 tables occupied was terrible, server did not check on us once and had to flag him down for everything - even to put our order. He was behind the bar the entire time. Had to even go to the bar to ask to order additional items. I am a generous tipper even for just okay service but the 20% added gratuity for every check even just for 4 people is absurd considering the non-existent service we received. Such a sad disappointment.

We ordered a tempura udon and a kimchi ultimate fried rice with ham, cheese, and egg. The food was fine but nowhere worth the absurdly high prices~about 50% more expensive than other Korean restaurants. We wanted to try the pancake but couldn’t justify spending $22 for an appetizer. Not only that, although we only had 2 people, the bill came with a pre-applied 20% gratuity, and then the tax was on top of that??

So I've been getting delivery from yeowoosai since late 2022 (OG : omurice & mango soju ??) but it wasn't until late last month that I finally had the chance to have my omurice in person ? and I've been there 6 times in the barely 2 months since! From the food to the atmosphere to the servers to the drinks, head to toe it's always a perfect fit :)) whether you come when it's busy or slower or you're a party of 1 or 2 or 6, yeowoosai is a guaranteed great time ?? And I'm extreeemely awkward, so it's super easy for me to feel uncomfortable, but I always feel at home at

The food was atrociously bad. The pancake (much I can compare it to is a latke? But it isn’t sweet or cheesy, just extremely flattened potato) completely lacked flavor. Meanwhile, the pasta was so spicy it burned my throat and hurt my stomach. I tried ordering another drink and extra cheese to no avail- the pasta was meant to go down like a fireball. While large portions, it doesn’t take much math to understand why bringing that much bad food home would be absurd. We left it at the table- we didn’t want to suffer through leftovers for days. For $25 per plate, I would expect the best the house had to offer! Even the pancake was extraordinarily expensive for being tasteless. We had to go to a gelato place afterward to get the bad taste out of my mouth. Even then, when I got home I was told the copious amounts of spice was still on my breath.
I would like a refund.

Only authentic korean-owned pocha in town. Food, service and vibes were all on point. An absolute gem, highly recommended.

we were excited to try out yeowoosai, but it didn’t really meet our expectations. the ticket price was very high for what we got— the bulgogi was almost $30 but was not a huge serving. we both agreed we’d had better before. another thing we were a little disappointed by was that they did not serve side dishes, which was surprising for a korean restaurant. the atmosphere was good, if you’re looking for a loud, clubby vibe with k-pop, you’ll like it.

Charged 18% service fee for two people when no service was provided. Food was below average. Steer away from this place.
