We didn’t like that we didn’t get our own hot pot base soups. There were three of us dining, and only got one hot pot base with two flavors, what they call “the best of both worlds”.
The ordering system was also restrictive. You can’t simply submit your order, you have to call a server to key in their code and approve your order.
The food selection is limited. There is not much variety.

First time here, I was excited to try out this new spot. First off- when entering, nobody greeted us at the door. None of the servers acknowledged us. another party came in after us and they were seated before us. (We had the same number of guests) we still had to wait for a table to be cleared to be able to be seated. Once seated, we stay there for about 20 minutes wondering how things worked. We came for their all you can eat and online stated they were open until 1am. It wasn’t until 30-45 minutes passed that a server finally came by and said they were closing soon and AYCE was not an option. Why was this not stayed to us when seated in the beginning? We were only able to get in drinks and 2 of the same appetizers. 30 min later we got them, we were missing one of the two appetizers and one of the drinks was absolutely disgusting. It was a jasmine milk tea- I have ordered this drink from many different restaurants and this was the worst and was not even close to tasting like it should. There was also a slimey substance in my drink. (Refer to photo) this is the worst experience ever and this is my first ever time writing a bad review ever. Looking at comments the owner leaves on other reviews , this place lacks professionalism and customer service skills. Would definitely not recommend. Please go elsewhere.

Wish I could review the food but instead I’m having to review how absolutely terrible the service was. First, please fix your hours or let patrons know that certain food items aren’t served past a certain time. Absolutely no one greeted my party when we got here, I understand it was a bit busy but it was disrespectful when the waiter seated another party that arrived after us. The ordering system is extremely confusing and no one came up to our table to help us out. We finally manage to order an app and drinks, they only brought out one appetizer and the drinks tasted so bland. There was something slimy in one of the drinks, that was the final straw. Asked for the check and left. Leaving disappointed is an understatement, we really wanted to try the food out but now we urge people to stay away from this place.

I live in the mid-West now. This place reminds me of home… The best/authentic 布拉腸粉 (a type of noodle roll I ate when I was a kid ) that I can find! Very thin and smooth!
I also ordered wonton but did not take photo. It was also very good!! 有咬口～ 可以食得出肉餡打左好耐～
Service was quick and nice.

Today is my first time here! They sat me down then never returned to me to ask me for what I wanted. They completely ignored me. I am hitting here as I type this. Literally sat here for over 1 hour. No love or respect shown. They were catering people with more seats filled I noticed.

the food is pretty good. However, the menu has problem, English version and Chinese version doesn't match. I ordered a up of lemon ice tea, but end up a cup of ice lemon honey water. I confirm with the waitress, she told me it's my problem.
