The service was very bad. After I finished my meal (less than $50 before tax) I left a $3 tip. The waitress complained and said I must pay 18% tip. I told her I already gave $3, but she said “that is the same as nothing.” I feel this is very rude and unprofessional. A tip should be my choice, not something I am forced to give. I will not come back again. There were several small flies constantly flying around the food.

Did the AYCE sushi and it was terrible! Sushi is not great, nigiri fish slices are paper thin, 😑 appetizers are good tempura chicken and chicken wings but thats all. Server didn't even inform us the kids are full price and with gratuity + service charge and tax is about $40 not worth it at all!

I was there today with my family. The food was sooo good. The vibe wasn't as fun as other places but the food was on point. Totally recommended.

I happened upon this place and was very glad I did! I ordered the intestines stir fry and the clams with black bean sauce and both entrees were delicious and generous with the proteins. Service was quick and no fuss. Will come back when in town!

Restaurantji Recommends
I have never left a restaurant feeling so disgusted and upset. At first, everything seemed fine. We were seated quickly, and the staff answered our menu questions. We decided on the all-you-can-eat sushi and hot pot.
The sushi, however, was a huge red flag. The entire roll was served at room temperature. I understand that sushi rice can be slightly warm, but when the cream cheese and fish toppings are also warm, that’s completely unacceptable.
We switched to focusing on the hot pot, but that wasn’t any better. Both broth options we tried were bland and disappointing. On top of that, I had to send my water back three or four times because there was black gunk floating in it, the same kind of residue you’d find inside old bath toys. Eventually, they managed to bring me a clean glass, but the problems didn’t stop there.
While eating, both my husband and I found short black hairs in two separate dishes, one in the lettuce and another in the fried dough. Since neither of us has this type of length, this was someone else’s. That was the breaking point for me. I told my husband I wanted to leave immediately and didn’t care about the ridiculous “waste” charge they impose.
To make matters worse, I’m convinced the sushi upset my stomach, as I ended up nauseous and throwing up the next morning, right before my flight.
The only saving grace of the entire experience was our server, the waiter with short hair who doesn’t wear glasses. He was kind, attentive, and helped us wrap up quickly after the hair incident.
I didn't have the normal menu items so I cannot say to much about it, but I wouldnt recommend the all you can eat options for either of the two.

I can only rate on the service. We sat down and got water. After 15 minutes we didn’t get help with anything and wanted the all you can eat. Since they didn’t come back to the table, we left out of frustration

The food was excellent, I originally came because someone referenced dim sum, which they don't really have much of, mostly traditional Chinese style plates/pots.

Went here on a whim because we have no initially were headed to Mira upstairs but they were closed at 9pm even though it says they closed at 10:30pm. Food was good but service was meh. Huge language barrier and I don’t know why they don’t make an attempt to learn AT LEAST the basics of English since they are in America. I got AYCE Sushi. They charge extra if you don’t eat all your food which is fine. What is not ok is that I ordered 3 rolls. On the menu, 2 rolls were 6 piece and 1 roll was supposed to be 8 pieces. I received the 3 rolls and all of them were 10 pieces. I appreciate the extra food but that’s an extra 10 pieces of Maki. I left the extra 10 pieces to ask about it. They couldn’t understand. Then they charge if you don’t eat it even though it’s EXTRA. I pointed it out and apparently the language barrier was too high. They really lay it on thick when there’s a problem. I had taken pictures and found someone who could clarify things to me. Ended up paying extra for sushi that I didn’t order. I took it home and the kids ate it so whatever. But they definitely get the side eye.
