I went back inDecember 2023 after her memorial service & the food is still yummy. If I remember correctly, I ordered the goat and rice dish both times. Hugeservings. Visited this restaurant several months ago because I really wanted to try African food, especially fufu for the first time. Looked for the high rated African restaurants in Chicagoland and decided to give this one a try. I first drove there to take a look at the place, upon arrival looked closed and door was locked during “open business hours.” Then called number to be told by lady that I could order but would take 45 mins because they weren’t open…..again….weird “business hours.” So I waited out of excitement. Once time came, tried to enter but door was locked, was let inside and paid for food. Once I made it home the food had a rotten/old smell to it. Not fresh at all. The fufu def gave off the smell the worst along with the meat. Highly disappointing since I was so excited. Will never go back.

The food is amazing!!!! I placed an order for a party of 10 and she gave me much more than enough. The pickup time was 5 pm and she kept to this. All my friends loved it and I'm definitely gonna keep coming back for more!

This was my first time trying this place! When I called the lady was rude which is most expected at African restaurant sadly ??♀️ when I got there the door was locked I had to call and I live 45 min away which I was in the area NP but the fact that I got home and seen it's literally one small scoop really disappointed me would not recommend and it wasn't the best I've had it was okay!
