NOTE: This review for Yum Dum is based on my experience at Yum Dum's concession stand at the Taste of Chicago on 09/07/2024. I had the Korean fried chicken bites. 3/5. It was underwhelming. No real taste. But the main thing was the lack of sauce. It was drizzled on there. The bites were a little dry without the sauce. More sauce was needed. The bites were a little too hard for my satisfaction. I'm not sure if they were fresh or not, but it didn't taste like it....
Went to Argyle nights and ordered the side pasta and two bowls. Absolutely amazing! I rushed over to FB so I can find them again! I will be eating here every Thursday till the end of summer!!
Just had the braised pork buns from the food truck at the Square Roots; they were amazing. Already planning to have y'all cater lunch for our animal hospital in the very near future!
