Re-branded again? Partner of Brett Dimmick is running it who committed a deadly hit and run crime.

Still as good as ever. Great sauce, very flavorful. The stuffed pizzas have a good amount of fillings. Fresh ingredients. Good customer service.

They went above and beyond. We were in a rush and they were so kind and friendly. Lovely people, would recommend!!

The entrance is dark and has a disturbing odor. Upon arrival, our group of 5 were the only patrons, Saturday at 8:00p. We ordered 3 beers, all were expired by 5 months and the rum and cokes arrived with things floating in them and were not rum. Beyond that it was an overall unsettling vibe. I hope we got them on their worst night but won’t be trying it again.

What a charming little place! I was beckoned inside by their dog Royal (a very good boy, by the way) and I was pleasantly surprised by a very chill atmosphere with friendly staff and tasty pizza. Definitely coming back!

After a cubs game, this restaurant was like an oasis! Had the small stuffed pizza (6 slices, enough for 3 average adults, $22). Hubby ordered a Pony Pilsner (Half Acre brewing, $6.75). I stayed with the house chardonnay for $7. Family run, staff was very friendly. As we were leaving, the local boys little league team was coming in to celebrate a win.

I just flew into Chicago and was staying at the Hotel Lincoln. The hotel restaurant was closed for a private event, so I just decided to take a walk and see what I could find. That’s when I come across Za Bunker. I walked in and immediately felt at ease. Everyone was friendly, the space was casual, and Royal the dog immediately became my best friend. The pizza was amazing and the service was great. My random walk into Za Bunker is going to be one of the highlights of my weekend in Chicago.

New owner (myself) and management is intended to allow this restaurant to shine and overcome any past experiences and create positive new memories. As we get up and running again, I would ask you come in to gain a fresh perspective. Welcome Brian

Great pizza. Darts machine works very well. Was a pleasure being taken care of by Caleb. Royal the house mascot is awesome.

So this place has newer new owner ! I think his name is Brian . Either way the pizza was decent, beers were cold and the TVs were on. Service was on par for their area for Chicago and I will be back .

Couldn’t get over the musty smell of the basement. Drinks fine but vibe was creepy. Stay away.

Love Za Bunker! Only a few steps down to the entrance and very comfy feeling once inside just below street level. Super clean bathrooms, lots of HDTVs (great place to watch sports), cheap beers, excellent food, and great service. Highly recommended.

Super cool new owner and great atmosphere. Certainly a nice little gem in the heart of Lincoln Park with plenty of tv's for watching games!

I went here twice. The first time I went in for a slice and it was perhaps one of the worst pizzas I ever had. Cold, hard, and stale it was actually quite impressive how bad they messed up that pizza. The 2nd time i was in for maybe 15 minutes and service never got to me and I left.Old owner of this restaurant was involved in a fatal hit and run... justice for Sophie
