Zacatacos Reviews
Your food is great, but you guys need to train your staff better. On hold for 15mins, you would have less people in the lobby if you would get the orders on your phone line at a faster speed.

Zacatacos is a long-standing restaurant that has been serving Mexican cuisine for many years. While the menu has remained consistent, the cost of items has changed over time. The restaurant offers a variety of tacos, including the popular potato tacos and even tongue tacos, which have been praised by customers. The salsas are also noteworthy, with some reviewers describing them as "pretty good and hot." Tacos are really good, but customers are advised to save their money and not order the burrito, as it often contains little to no meat.
However, the restaurant's service has been a point of concern for some customers. There have been issues with seating arrangements, and customers have reported feeling unwelcome when requesting to use the restroom. Additionally, the quality of certain menu items, such as the steak torta, has been inconsistent, with some customers reporting missing or uneven ingredients. Recent visits suggest that the restaurant may have changed ownership, as some popular items like fajitas and al pastor tacos are no longer available, and the menu appears to have been set up differently. One customer noted that the restaurant closes earlier than posted, which can be frustrating.
Despite these challenges, Zacatacos continues to be a popular destination for those seeking authentic Mexican flavors. The restaurant's longevity and the loyalty of its customer base suggest that it remains a reliable option for those seeking a taste of traditional Mexican cuisine.
