Your food is great, but you guys need to train your staff better. On hold for 15mins, you would have less people in the lobby if you would get the orders on your phone line at a faster speed.
Great place.

I call to place an order and the lady tells me they are closed at 8pm on a Thursday night when their operating hours are from 11am-10pm. The amount of business and revenue that they are losing just from 8-10pm is hundreds of dollars. It is very disappointing that this restaurant is going to shit. Closing early? Who is managing this place? Management MUST BE very subpar since they are closing early on a Thursday night. I called the zacotacos on 59th to see if that is just every location and nope they are open! As a franchise every location should have the EXACT same operating hours. As a general manager/business owner? This shows me that this location will soon close down just like 84th and Harlem sadly. Change your business hours on google if your closing early. This is a normal thing for this location. The reviews speak for themselves, their rating speak for themselves! I give 2 stars just strictly due to the fact the food is good! Other than that? Shitty location!

Been a customer of this restaurant for a while. This weekend, I picked up food for my family. My torta was empty. Had around 10 pieces of steak. Pieces of tomato were rotten. The bread was soggy.

Tacos are 4.95 a piece. They were tasty as always. The burrito dinner was o.k. A burrito dinner and 2 tacos was almost 25.00 which is ridiculous.

Went to get some takeout, ordered 1 burrito, two tacos, some jalapeños, and some limes. They gave me 1 red salsa , and one green one for $28 bucks worth of food. I waked in and told the person at the front that I just had two salsas and for 28 bucks worth that should be explained that I am getting 1 red and 1 green. He walked to the back and talked to the cooks on the line and they started laughing because I was upset at the fact of how much salsas I got. This is my first and last time there. I would’ve paid for extra that just needs to be explained that for $28 dollars worth of food you’re limited to just two salsas. So, if you order take out make sure you order extra salsas if you want them, I called and they told me that the manager instructs them to only put 1 red and 1 green for 1 burrito and two tacos. Bola de paiasos, una nomas tratando de comer agusto después del jale. Won’t go back again. Don’t advise, unless you want to get laughed at.

Came to get some food with my kids. We live about 30 min away and wanted some good tacos before heading home. Tacos were great, the host was nice too. But the waitress?! RUDE!
We sat down and three minutes later our food was just put in table. No hi nothing, whatever. Realized we don’t have our drinks. Noticed when ppl arrive to their table she brought their drinks right away w their salsa. Walks past us( just two other couples there, slow day) and has an annoyed face on. Wait 5 minutes and I get up and ask “am I supposed to grab our own drinks?” Since it’s different cause now you have to pay first before you sit down. “Waitress” with rude face “nah, ahorita”. Comes with our drinks. Place them on table walks away and ask if we “can have salsa too please?” “Mmmhmmm”
Just rude, made me and my daughter uncomfortable. I’ll just get my food to go next time cause clearly that has no hospitality. Also we didn’t finish our food because everytime she passed up she had a despicable face on, I was rolling up my food to take and she saw me and not once she asked if I wanted to go bag. The host from the front saw me and came and asked me if I wanted a go bag and kindly said yes Host was great food was good too like always but ur ignorant “waitress” ruined the taste of the food. 🤷🏻♀️

They must've have changed pwners because what Mexican restaurant does serve fajitas... thats all I use to go to them for now we go back hadn't been there in awhile and they say that dont have them.... so I ended up buying just a regular steak taco dinner which was ok but so disappointed about the fajitas..then my guy ordered al pastor tacos and she said they dont have them....they use to have them and slice them fresh onto a homemade taco shell.... but not anymore so he just got a burrito so everything they use yo have and popular items are no longer on the list.... looks like new people and new set up.... so we won't be going back.... so disappointed

I’ve given this place two chances, but unfortunately, I won’t be going back. I ordered for pick-up, and the horchata was spoiled, the tortillas were cold, and the meat was hard and overcooked. Really disappointing experience, especially since it’s happened more than once.
