BUT.. the staff is so very disrespectful n rude....I recommend 59th s Pulaski cause when you order for pickup your order is actually ready to be pickup.. .. plus the door to 71st n Pulaski push the hack out off me when I was walking or the restaurant 🤔🫣ðŸ˜.. extra rude .😖

I ordered 2 steak tacos, but their meat was extremely chewy! I could barely bite it. My husband steak burrito meat was also very chewy & mostly nothing in it. I definitely do not recommend this place, and we will not be returning.

Ate this yesterday and today ended up in the hospital. I'm Mexican and this has never happened to me before but I threw up 3 times and passed out from all of that. Doctors told me it's most likely food poisoning or bacteria like a stomach bug. I ate these and next day woke up with the worse stomach pain and still dealing with it a whole day later. Nothing like the original down the street by pizza nova. Way better there and fresh. Should I even risk eating the 4 I got from this place the other day??

I've been a customer for more than 20 years. Time to reconsider. I recommend Taquerias Atotonilco over Zacatacos. I don't know what's going on but Zacatacos lack the freshness and service they used to have. Tacos were not fresh and they only gave me two salsas for 4 tacos and extra carne. I will go to Atotonilco next time.

Your food is great, but you guys need to train your staff better. On hold for 15mins, you would have less people in the lobby if you would get the orders on your phone line at a faster speed.
The food is excellent I just hate that they take 15 min to answer every time I call and that is says it closes at 11 Fri,sat but when I go its closed a hour before actual closing time that is posted on the website

I call to place an order and the lady tells me they are closed at 8pm on a Thursday night when their operating hours are from 11am-10pm. The amount of business and revenue that they are losing just from 8-10pm is hundreds of dollars. It is very disappointing that this restaurant is going to shit. Closing early? Who is managing this place? Management MUST BE very subpar since they are closing early on a Thursday night. I called the zacotacos on 59th to see if that is just every location and nope they are open! As a franchise every location should have the EXACT same operating hours. As a general manager/business owner? This shows me that this location will soon close down just like 84th and Harlem sadly. Change your business hours on google if your closing early. This is a normal thing for this location. The reviews speak for themselves, their rating speak for themselves! I give 2 stars just strictly due to the fact the food is good! Other than that? Shitty location!

Tacos are 4.95 a piece. They were tasty as always. The burrito dinner was o.k. A burrito dinner and 2 tacos was almost 25.00 which is ridiculous.
