It’s called Mama K’s now! Owned by (I believe) former employees of the Zanzibar owner who moved away. Same excellent ice cream as before and don’t miss Mama’s Brownie!

Good mochas and ice cream. Only reason not 5 stars? Baked goods are usually really dry. Great atmosphere though and friendly staff.

First time trying this place in Edgewater which I was born, and this place is a paradise and I highly recommend everybody to come here and try it. You wouldn't be disappointed.

Coffee selection has multiple types of milk (I enjoyed an Oatmilk Mocha Latte was was scrumptious). The variety of pastries and desserts is impressive ranging from sweet to savory, all made from scratch.

A great little coffee shop in Edgewater. Large windows provide excellent natural light. It is set up like an old school soda shop with a few sizable booths and regular tables as well. Staff is always friendly. Yummy breakfast and lunch options(mostly sandwiches and salads). They have ice cream and pie too.

It's a great place to study! The seets are comfortable, numberous outlets, speedy WiFi, and the staff are always cheery! They make a mean caramel latte and scrumptious sandwhiches!
