We tried five different pizzas, they were absolutely delicious. The flavor was out of this world amazing. We especially loved the focaccia as an appetizer as well. The service was super friendly and wonderful! Highly recommend you take a trip over to Zaza‘s pizza in Lincoln Park!
As a former New Yorker, I'd say this is almost a perfect NY slice, but it's missing a crucial element: the soft and airy crust. Mine was dense and way too chewy, and after just two slices my jaw felt like it was about to fall off. Even though the flavors were superb, I can't give it any higher than a 6 or 7 out of 10.
Ordered Zazas for the first time the first night we brought home our new puppy and it was the best decision! The pizza was incredible between the chewy crust and the fresh toppings. We can't recommend enough the Bacon Jam Pie and the Hot Honey Pepperoni pie. My new favorite pizza in the city!
