5 of us went for lunch, as first timers. Only ones there. Pierogi we're dee-lish! Beef sandwiches pretty good. Eva took great care of us. We plan on returning for a week day special.
Since we found it we have went the last 3 days in a row. The owners, the staff & all the regulars, have been super nice and interactive.

The food has been Amazing!
Mushroom soup, different flavor pierogis, Thursday special (2 pork chops) meatball sandwich, Italian beef are what we've tried. Everything was fresh and full-on flavor.

This is a South Side Hidden Gem!!!
2 people eating and drinking for 2 hours walking...
The place was a neighborhood hang out, quite cozy, good music I did not eat but did have drinks. The service was a little slow. My drink was weak but they accommodated me with a different drink when I went back so I guess that's something to be said. Parking is pretty much non-existent, you'll be lucky if you find something down the street other than that I would definitely go back and give it another try.
