The servers have horrible attitudes. Unacceptable behavior from the blonde waitress who was serving my table, kept pushing me and telling me to move out of her way by the bar. I wish I would’ve caught her name. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered mean girl energy from the girls that work here. The dj’s are great and it’s a nice place but the bad service outweighs the good.

Taco Tuesday was an utter disappointment! I was enticed by the curated social media videos to try this restaurant. Aesthetically, the decor is a VIBE! On the contrary, from the onset the service was less than desirable. I was the first guest inside of the restaurant when they opened at 4 pm. The hostess walked by several times before she finally decided to seat me at a wobbly high top. I moved to a nearby high top that was steady. The menu on the table was a paper copy that appeared to have been stepped on after it fell onto a wet spot. My server, Emily, came over with an aura of haughtiness to take my order with her Toast POS. She never made eye contact, didn’t suggest items that would be great to try, and appeared to be in a hurry. I order for the endless tacos and cocktails. She immediately stated that I needed to give her a credit card to open a tab. I perused the soiled menus for the open tab policy and credit card requirement. I found no such policy in writing. I asked her to provide me the policy in writing and she rebutted that she would have to collect my payment before the order could be placed. Of course this establishment has the 18% gratuity regardless of the size of the party or unsatisfactory service. I informed her that she can bring me my bill and I’ll be paying cash. She quoted me the total. I said “OK!” She returned with a receipt priced at more than she had quoted. Imagine my confusion. She then stated that a discount had been applied. I’m even more confused! The quoted price from the Toast POS was $88.13. I gave her $100.13. She returned with an accurate receipt and later returned with $11. My confusion is at an all time high! I showed her the correct math calculation on my calculator so that she could provide me with the proper amount of $12! The haughtiness of her behavior has been increasing throughout this entire exchange. It is concerning that this is how she shows up to SERVE patrons. The chicken tacos were dry and bland. My cocktails were phenomenal! The music 🎶 playlist was enjoyable. From the photos I’ve uploaded you can see I was the first patron of the day. If you can’t provide exceptional service for one customer I can imagine how service is subpar when it’s busy. If the nasty menu wasn’t concerning enough, there wasn’t any soap in the restroom! There were empty toilet paper rolls on the floor in the restroom stalls. The toilet paper was not in the dispenser. Luckily, I carry personal hygiene supplies with me for such instances of inadequacy. Compared to my other reviews, this is the LONGEST review because my server was horrible and never bothered to correct herself! When I got home I read other reviews and noted experience was not a one off. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I decided to try out the endless tacos! In this economy, every patron should be treated with decency and respect! Servers need to be trained on hospitality, voice tone, and delivery. Servers handling cash should have the math skills to return the correct amount. I WOULD NEVER HAND OVER MY CREDIT CARD to someone who behaved like Emily behaved!!!!!

Zoe’s Patio was cool. The food was decent — the nachos and fried calamari were probably the best things we had. Drinks were alright, but I really liked the palomas, and I was surprised that they had bottled Topo Chico.
The DJ was actually pretty good for a Thursday night and kept the energy up. But the real star was our waitress, Nayeli. She was super friendly, gave us great drink suggestions, and stayed on top of everything even with a packed crowd. I’d honestly come back just because of her — good service makes all the difference.

If you're a group of four or fewer, don’t expect much service, even when the place is nearly empty. The blonde waitress completely ignored our table but gave full attention to a larger group she clearly knew, even taking shots with them and making sure they were well taken care of. Meanwhile, we could barely get her attention. Also, while most of the space has been updated, the bathroom hasn’t changed in over ten years, and it shows. Definitely time for a renovation.

Security guard was cool but the greeter at the door was rude. She sat us. We went to the bathroom. When we came back she sat another party at our table. When I asked her for reseating she was nasty about it so we left. First time last time. African Americans not welcome here. Save your money.

Went on Tuesday for unlimited tacos and special drinks, and the tacos were so good, favorites were the steak and pork, and my kids liked the chicken. The special drinks my husband and I got were the watermelon margarita, cantarito, and blueberry & blackberry mojitos were so delicious. Service was great! Tacos came out pretty fast and drinks at a reasonable pace. Definitely coming back again!
Lying about time frames on table do better

I’m a critic and visit various restaurants all over to share with my following on various social media platforms my critique. I was actually live streaming at the time of my visit.
The place is beautiful! However the service is terrible. It was an embarrassment to my viewers. Here’s why: The employees say it’s all you can eat tacos on Tuesday but choose the tables and people that can eat all they can. It was a terrible experience because it seemed as if me and my guests were singled out and weren’t given the same accommodations and courteous service as the other 13 full tables and booths. Each table and booth had 4-6 people.
The drinks were full of juice and hardly no alcohol and the individuals that worked there were not as courteous as I expected. I will never return again and will encourage my 36,000 fans and followers to steer clear.
I’m very dissatisfied. Customer Service is everything and it was a negative 0000000 for me. DO BETTER!!!
