Absolutely love this place! I work nearby so I come often for lunch. The soups are great and I really appreciate that they offer free samples of whatever you want to try. There's always a wide variety too - veggie, meat, seafood, creamy, tomato-y, whatever you're in the mood for. The employees here are always super nice and give great customer service as well. The lunch rush gets busy sometimes but you can tell they're all working hard and trying to get orders out as quickly as possible. I've only ever gotten the soup so I can't speak to other menu items, but if you're a soup fan this is definitely the place to be.

I got the half and half soup and sandwich for lunch and if you want to spend $16 for a sandwich (I got the Cuban) that’s ALL BREAD with two little thin slices of ham and sprinkle of pork but mainly bread and a loaded baked potato soup that’s all broth with two bits of potato then this is the spot!!!

I really hate to write this review but today my soup tastes like it came straight from a can. I frequent this establishment and I usually as really pleased with the soup but to be honest the soup doesn't even look good. Very disappointed

You forgot my avocado even though you promised me you would ensure it was on my Cali sandwich
I ordered the Mexican Street Corn Grain Bowl as a takeout, and it was a complete disaster. The bowl was 80% plain spinach and lettuce, barely 10% rice and quinoa. The chicken pieces were literally white, not grilled, not seasoned, not cooked properly at all. People eat chicken for protein, not for a half-tablespoon of raw, rubbery bits. The description talks about a wholesome blend with grains, salsa, cilantro, and grilled chicken but there was none of that. The so-called corn and black bean salsa had maybe four or five beans total, and I couldn’t find even a trace of cilantro anywhere.
I even paid extra for avocado, and they gave me what looked like half a spoon of bland avocado paste. The whole bowl was bland, flavorless, raw meat and totally misleading. If I wanted a salad, I would have ordered a salad not a “grain bowl” that barely has any grains. For $15.86, this was an absolute waste. I don’t know about their soups or sandwiches, other food items but if you’re considering trying their bowls, save your money.
Never visiting again!

I really have no idea how this place has 4 stars, let alone 2. The food itself is underwhelming. Near cafeteria. Microwaveable. The bread. It’s kinda fluffy for the bread bowl but not that baked through and very starchy. The lobster soup was good but you really get so little for your money here. It was $33.33 for a bread bowl, served separately from the soup so you need to pour it in, 3 pretzel sliders (which have no salt and look nothing like advertised, very bland again and tiny), and a beer cheese soup that again is such a small portion. For the price is the real issue. This is not a $33 meal. Not even in the loop. $20 at best even with today’s inflation issues. This was honestly the worst lunch I’ve ever had in the loop, and I’m a pretty open minded easy to please guy. Subway would’ve been better. Panera bread. Try to skip this place unless something else on the menu is driving this places stars.
Oh, and it was supposed to be ready at 1:02 but took til 1:30. Lunch rush and the employees were very nice and hard working and anxious. They’re doing their best. Whoever is in corporate is causing these problems. I used to walk by the wells location after it closed with the sign still up wondering about this place. Now I know. I wish it wasn’t in the loop at all lol.

Order 2 loaded baked potato soup. Instead of telling me they ran out they substituted for two different soups. I was upset when i received my order because I was looking forward to the loaded baked potato soup. I would have appreciated to been communicated about the switch they made to my order. When I called the lady seemed annoyed. I asked for a refund for those two soups. I also Ordered 2 chicken noodle soup - phenomenal soup loved it.

I often get lunch at Zoup, and its great. I always order the Lobster Bisque, and its good. Ordering online is easy, and its usually ready on time. The price for a cup is reasonable, as the portion is enough for lunch.
