I arrived about 1230 for a 4pm pickup. They got me right in a dock and loaded pretty quickly. Super nice people. Shipping and receiving: Check in between docks 10 and 11. Was a bit challenging to get there due to current (5/9/23) road construction on Roosevelt. Must use Roosevelt to 54th get there as 16th is weight restricted.
Easy to reach there from I-290 take an exit 23B to Central, then Roosevelt and S 54th St, be aware of narrow turns. Bit narrow space for maneuvering and they put two trucks in the neighbor docks which makes inconvenience for back in and drive out. Was unloaded within 20 minutes, no idea what made them wait 2 hours…

1st of all I read all the reviews before coming here and you can't judge a place by their unloading practices because they may be really busy at the time and you could be in a door a little longer, but that was not the case for me today 1/8/24 ...I checked in at 0455 and they put me in door 25 right a way to unload boxes I brought in from Waco tx and only took 30 min to offload and get my bol ....?? thx BIMBOCheck in between door 10 and 11
