What a bad experience with the lady who served me, I mean I asked her for a latte and as you understand I speak to her in Spanish she answers me in English OK! I spoke to him very politely and then the Spanish responded. The issue here is if there is a latte with hot and cold coffee, why don't you ask? IT'S COLD THE DAY, it's not summer anymore, a little more empathy when serving because with that face, mija, what you do is scare away customers, what bad service and the worst thing is that it's Latina ??♀️

Under staffed waited over 10 minutes for an iced coffee with cream and sugar that's it they were so backed up people started walking out. There was a lady there who was in the back doing I don't know what while the young girl in the front was ringing customers and making the coffees. Horrible customer service and wait times and no one took accountability or apologized for the long wait.

Okay firstly the customer service was terrible, all of the baristas were talking and laughing like Hyennas. And one certain barista had a horrible attitude when I was ordering, correcting my saying of the drinks and food items. Mind you I only ordered 2 things. It was terrible

This business is a combination dunkin donuts and baskin-Robbins, be careful there's one employee who becomes offended when I asked him to put on his mask when preparing coffee for customers. I will never go there again. This store is located in Cicero, 16th & Central Ave.
Slowwww and the restaurant smell bad and the refrigerator where the cake are looks bad

It was pretty good. There were 2 guys behind the counter and it appeared that one was a trainee and the other a seasoned worker. My partner kept getting irritated because the seasoned guy, who was waiting on us, kept having to stop to show the trainee how to perform different tasks. I get it, new guys have to learn. I didn't mind. We had banana splits. Yummy, and these were very good. Because of Covid the line that formed behind us were following the floor stickers that measured off 6 feet. That poor guy. Between showing the trainee how to do stuff and waiting on people, he was pretty busy!
